Another! (chapter for you all)
I do not own Marvel only my OCs :)
Enjoy!
‘This is so unlike you, brother, so clandestine. Are you sure you wouldn’t rather punch your way out?’ Loki amusingly retorted, parading through the shadows of an Asgardian hallway, I made sure to follow closely behind them both. It wasn’t like Loki to call Thor his brother, this makes me all the more suspicious I thought.
‘If you keep speaking, I just might.’ Thor replied while Loki continued to smile at his own remarks, content in moving away from the depressing dungeons.
‘Fine as you wish. I’m not even here.’ Loki quietly suggested. He suddenly transformed himself into an Asgardian guard as we past a golden column. Wow! I didn’t realise his magic was that good! Loki’s appearance was so convincing, he had the armour and weapons of an Asgardian soldier, even the facial features and he’d managed to transform himself in a matter of seconds! I was impressed, if I were to do that it would take a lot of concentration, but Loki has had a lot of practise I reminded myself.
‘Is this better?’ Loki inquired; his voice was deeper than usual too.
‘It’s better company at least.’ Thor sarcastically explained as he observed his brother.
‘Still, we could be less spontaneous.’ Loki agreed with himself. His illusion vanished. I honestly tried not to laugh at Thor, but I couldn’t help it and quickly put my hands over my mouth.
‘Hmmm, brother you look ravishing.’ Loki remarked, staring at Thor, this just made me laugh even more. ‘I’m sure Loti would agree.’
I just laughed even more, trying desperately to cover my mouth. Loki glanced behind him towards me and smiled.
Thor looked down to observe his body, realising he was a replica of Lady Sif.
‘It will hurt no less when I kill you in this form.’ Thor replied, by now my laughing had died down. He sounded like Lady Sif too. I wish I could do that but I hadn’t mastered transforming people’s appearance other than myself.
‘Very well, perhaps you prefer one of your other companions, given that you like them so much.’ Loki concluded. Thor’s appearance changed to its normal one. Loki changed his appearance once more transforming into Steve, in his Captain America suit. He did it so well, he would even fool me.
‘Oh, this is much better, the costumes a bit much it’s so tight!’ He boasted, glancing around at himself. ‘The confidence, I can feel the righteousness surging. Hey, you wanna have a rousing discussion about truth, honour, patriotism.’ He even had an American accent, which I happened to notice because I only have a very slight one.
I glanced at Thor, I could tell Loki was annoying him, no surprise there.
‘God bless Americ-.’ Loki began, only to be cut off by Thor, who abruptly secured his hand to Loki’s mouth and shoved him into a column. Loki’s illusions faded.
‘What!?’ Loki complained after Thor removed his hand. Thor gazed at two Asgardian soldiers walking down the hall intersection, Loki looked, following Thor’s gaze, he understood.
‘You could at least furnish me with a weapon. My dagger, something!’ Loki asked, pleadingly.
The sound of a sword being drawn from Thor’s belt softened Loki. His expression eased.
‘At last, a little common sense.’ Loki protested.
CLICK!
He held his hands up, revealing that they were fastened together by iron shackles. I swallowed my laughter.
Thor smiled at Loki’s reaction. ‘But I thought you liked tricks.’ This time I couldn’t swallow my laughter and let out a breathless giggle.
We began to descend the hall once more, Thor and me trying not to laugh uncontrollably.
