1). Where were Loti and Tora at the battle of New York (basically, where were they during the Avengers) ?
Answer- They were with Pepper in the private jet during Avengers.
2). Are Loti and Tora nicknames or are they their full names?
Answer- They are nicknames, their full names are Charlotte Virginia (Pepper's real name) Stark ~Loti for short~ and Victoria Edward (Tony's middle name) Stark. They both prefer Loti and Tora << spelt like that.
3). Are Loti's powers dangerous?
Answer- They aren't dangerous as long as her abilities don't fall into the wrong hands like any other power, really. The question is 'What are Loti's powers?' don't worry I'll drop hints throughout the story! Her powers allow her to use her mind to teleport, have telekinetic and telepathic abilities and she can tell when people are lying etc.
