Long chapter for you all Yippee!!!!
Got some major ideas for the story!!!
This chapter is during the part where Odin is talking to Thor and Jane about the aether and how it is using Jane as protection blah blah blah.
I only own Tora and Loti, I don't own any Marvel characters :(
Me and Tora sat on the steps, near to the pillar I was leaning against half an hour ago, discussing what was going on. Sif and the Warriors Three stood by the door way talking, Hogun practising his battle stance and Volstagg silently taking fruit from the large, golden table in the middle whilst no one was looking his way.
‘So, what exactly is going on, Tora?’ I asked, politely.
She shrugged, staring across the room, she knew something I didn’t.
‘If you aren’t going to tell me I will have to read your mind.’ I taunted.
‘I don’t care.’ With that she got up and left the room, The Warriors Three and Lady Sif glanced at her as she stormed off with no explanation, then they glared at me as if I had done something wrong and upset her.
‘What?’ I said with a slight gesture, and they began talking again.
I got up from the step and walked quickly in the direction she went.
‘Tora!’ I said, now outside on the corridor, it’s golden walls concaving inwards so that there was a slight echo. Then I realised she was coming down the long corridor back towards the dining hall.
‘I left my rucksack.’ Her tone grumpy and annoyed. I held back a giggle. She then lowered her voice, looking deep into my eyes.
‘We’re going to see Loki.’
Before I could even comprehend what she was saying she darted for her bag as I followed her.
‘Tora you can’t do that, we aren’t allowed to, I already asked Thor.’ I said, now stood next to the Warriors Three and Sif, by the dining hall doorway. The attention now on us, their voices faded to silence, intrigued by what Tora was about to say.
‘Since when, Loti, were you bothered about rules?’ She said it in a ‘funny’ way, checking she had everything in her bag.
‘But this is serious!’ I exclaimed. ‘If we get into trouble, who knows what could happen, it is forbidden.’ I added firmly.
‘It is the only way.’ She said glaring at us all. I looked up and Sif and the Warriors Three and they all looked as if they were experiencing déjà vu. ‘ I know you like adventures and I need your skills, Loti.’
She was right, she wouldn’t be able to sneak past the guards without me. I sighed.
‘Okay, I’ll come but if we get into trouble, you are the one getting blamed not me.’ I said making my point clear. ‘Promise?’
With her rucksack now on her back, she walked over to me, we did pinky promise and were ready to go except for…
‘What are you talking about?’ Sif exclaimed, a shocked look on all four faces as we stood in front of them. They were blocking our path.
Tora was about to speak, when I whispered let me handle this and stepped forward.
I made it look as if I had some thorough explaining to do as the four Asgardians looked down at us waiting for an answer, then I made me and Tora teleport to the golden corridor outside as I touched her arm.
Sif and The Warriors Three looked around to spot us, then saw us behind them in the corridor leading up to the dining room we just teleported from.
‘Run Tora!’
We were on our way to Loki.
~~~~Through the corridors and many rooms~~~~
Queen Frigga saw us both looking lost and out of place and walked up to us a smile embodied, delicately on her face.
‘Are you lost?’ She said, looking down slightly. ‘Where is it you wish to go? Although I have been looking for you.’
I hadn’t spoken to her before but she seemed to be a naturally nice and generous person. She had golden blonde hair to one side that rested neatly on her shoulder. Frigga always seemed happy to help and I hoped I would get along with her.
Just then Sif caught up with us alongside the Warriors Three, they didn’t seem happy.
‘Your majesty, these –.’ Sif began.
‘I was just taking Tora and- I’m sorry I didn’t quite catch your name.’ Frigga questioned, she had already spoken to Tora whilst we were in the medical room with Jane.
‘Loti.’ I replied.
She paused and stared into my eyes, she looked as if she was having a déjà vu moment as well.
‘That’s a beautiful name.’ She said in a beautiful tone of voice. ‘Yes, I was just taking them to get some traditional Asgardian wear, that’s not a problem is it Sif?’
‘No, your majesty.’ She replied not daring to glance up at the Queen.
‘Very good, come along girls.’
We accompanied her at both sides, me on the left and Tora to her right as we began walking through the corridor, leaving Sif in awe and the Warriors Three trying to hold back a snigger at how angry Sif was. I don’t think they thought we could of managed to get passed the guards to see Loki, whereas Sif took things very seriously.
I looked up at Queen Frigga and whispered thank you and she smiled.
‘After the clothes fitting, we may see Loki.’
‘Are you sure?’ Tora said. ‘ We don’t mean to be a fuss.’
‘I was going to see him anyway, so it’s fine.’ She replied, opening a door into a large room.
