Chapter Six

(Y/n) View:

I woke up to sweet birds chirping and morning sunlight coming through the window above my head. I saw Will sleep soundly, snoring quietly, holding my hand. 

" He's so adorable when he sleeps." I thought, Will's eyes popped open. He came up to me, and kissed my cheek. I kissed his cheek back, returning the kiss. I then dragged Will out of my bed. Pulling him downstairs into the kitchen. I smelled the delicious scent of toast and maple syrup. I pulled my seat at the dining table. Will also took his seat. Looking down at his lap shyly. I saw my parents looking at Will, one glance at him. Both my mom and dad could tell he had a bashful personality.

"So, Will, why don't you have a place to live? Don't you have parents? If you mind me asking" asked my mom, I grabbed some butter. Nabbing a plate of toast, poured some sweet maple syrup onto my toast. Will slowly looked up, his eyepatch covering his right eye. I then reached for the whipped cream can, shaking it wildly. And topped it with my toast.

"N-No, I-I'm s-sorry about m-me h-having t-to s-spend t-the n-night here!" Replied Will, apologizing in front of my parents.

"Why are you apologizing? You did nothing wrong son!" said my dad, munching on his breakfast. I still had the whipped cream canister in my hand. I shook it up again, made a little swirl of cream on my pointer finger. Then I smeared it on Will's nose, I fought my thoughts on how cute he looked when he was surprised.

"(Y-Y/n)! w-what was that for?!" Will demanded, his face painted in a crimson red. Me and my parents giggled at Will. I snatched my napkin under my plate of toast, I wiped the whipped cream off. Will looked at me, I smiled as I finished my breakfast. I told Will to stay in the kitchen to eat something, and also get to know my parents more. Since he'll be living here for a while.

I completed my outfit, after throwing every type of clothing I had to try and find the one that fitted my interests for the day. I wore a (F/c) thin T-shirt, some shorts with black tights underneath. And swung from my shoulder to my hip. A adorable pink bag. Running down the steps of the stairway. I stuck my head into the kitchen, seeing Will and my parents getting along. It made me glad that Will is getting along with my parents very nicely. I took a deep breath, then stepped in the kitchen.

"Hey mum?" I started, everyone including Will looked at me, listening with all ears, I blushed pink and continued, "A new friend I met, his name is Joseph, he's going to be a freshmen like me in the high school. He asked if I would like to hang out with him for a bit."

" Sure (Y/n), just make sure to bring your phone in case you need to call me for anything." answered my mom, Will looked at me. With some concern.

"W-Wait! (Y/n) could I c-come along?" asked Will, with a protective tone in his voice. I nodded.

"Okay, you can tag along." I went out the door, with Will floating next to me. I walked to where Joseph's house was, it wasn't too far away from my house. So it didn't take too much effort to walk there. I ringed the door bell to his house. Will put his arms around me, as if protecting me from anything bad. Joseph opened the door, his blonde hair chopped short, only covering his ears. No more shorter or longer, and his bangs hung off over his left eye. He wore a red- orange T-shirt covered by a thin sweat shirt. Joseph also wore some ripped jeans, Will looked at Joseph with a death glare.

"Hey (Y/n)!" Joseph said, then looked over at Will, his cheeks puffed up, still holding me close to him, "Umm... (Y/n)? who's this guy?" 

"Oh, this is Will-" 

" I'm (Y/n)'s boyfriend." Will added, glaring into Joseph's emerald eye. I stared at Will, did he really think that he's my boyfriend? I got that he really liked me and that we kissed last night. Personally, it was adorable that he wanted me all to himself. But, of course he couldn't have every part of me to himself. Thinking about what he said and how he held me, made me a bit frustrated. I only wanted to get to know Joseph, plus, I only wanted to have him as a friend. He seemed to be a good person to know as a friend for the upcoming high school....
