Chapter Twenty Seven

"Nice game." sabi ni Troy saamin na kalaro niya. Hindi ko siya tinignan dahil masama pa rin ang loob ko sakanya. What a fucking bastard. Umalis nga si Andrea pero tuwing nakikita ko siya naalala ko kung paano sila naghahalikan.

 

"Justin." tawag niya saakin nang paalis na ako. Tumigil ako pero hindi siya hinarap. I just wanted to hear what he has to say.

"Nililigawan ko na ulit si Sierra." sabi niya. Napangiti ako nang harapin siya.

"Ulit? You mean after she almost dumped you because you kissed her best friend?" I asked, sarcastically. His face dropped and showed guilt to me.

"Traydor ka, Troy. Wala ako'ng pakialam kung si Sierra o si Andrea yung gusto mo. I don't want to see you face, got that?" maangas ko'ng sabi para talikuran siya. I was already few steps ahead when he spoke again,

"She needs you." sabi niya pero hindi ako tumigil. I wasn't interested in whatever he has to say. But was he talking about Drey or Sierra that needs me?

"Bakit wala si Sarmiento?" rinig ko'ng tanong nila kuya Blue sa may pwesto nila.

"Oo nga. Lagi nalang wala si Louie. May jowa na ata." sagot noong babae nilang kasama sa may bench. That surname was very familiar to me so I stopped in front of a trashcan, pretending I was doing something.

"Sila na ata noong Andrea sa ABM eh." sabi noong isa pa nilang ka teammate, si Aiden. I almost couldn't breathe when I heard her name. She shifted strands, wala na siya sa STEM. It could probably mean another girl.

"Oo nga. They dated last Valentine's." kinikilig na sabi noong babae.

"Stephanie's friends with Drey. I'm sure she'll tell me if they're dating." sabi ni Blue at inaya na silang umalis. It was her. Andrea was already dating the man she told me not to be jealous of. Sabi niya hindi niya gusto.

She kept on lying to me. Did I really know her?

Alam ko'ng may kasalanan ako sakanya. I'll never forgive myself for that. But I feel stupid that I listened to her.

Ilang araw ko nang iniisip yun. I couldn't get it out of my head. She wouldn't lie to me with all the men she's encountered it, right? Nakatulala ako nang makita ko si Sierra sa harapan ko.

"So now you talk to me?" tanong niya saakin na nagtatampo pa. I haven't talked to her since she chose Troy over me.

"Tell me the truth. May boyfriend na ba si Andrea?" tanong ko sakanya. Wala akong pakialam kung hindi kami okay. She owed me this one.

"What? No. Well-"

"Well, what?"

"May lalaki na lagi siyang pinupuntahan sa bahay. Hinahatid siya lagi pati sundo. Sabi ni Drey nakilala daw niya sa simbang gabi. They got close there." she explained while her brows furrowed.

"Hindi sila, okay?"

"She told you that? She denied saying she loves Troy, so." kibit balikat ko. I tried to make a point but she laughed at me.
