Chapter 17:another rival!?

After the events of the tournament Adam and the group had decided to revisit route 6 since they had not got the chance to see what would be on that route"I suggest we should go there right after lunch" Sally said as the group sat down in the  Pokémon center to eat the chicken and soup that was being served"I must say brimber city sure is hot" Rose said as she ate her food"its probably because brimber city has an volcano nearby in fact it has two of those volcanos if you count mount igneous as well" Adam said as he stood up and prepared his pokedex so that he could scan the Pokémon that would be on route 6. Meanwhile a familiar rock type Pokémon had rolled up to brimber city and saw the group again it just grunted and started to roll after them while keeping a low profile so that the group would not be able to spot it rolling after them. Adam just sighed as he got his water bottle and started drinking the ice lemon tea that he had poured into it.

Adam and the group reached a dead end on route 6 causing him to groan"You know Adam that there is a huge stone formation somewhere in these parts" Tom said as Adam smiled suddenly"I suggest we visit there and train if we can so that my Pokémon can get strong for my gym battle" Adam said as he looked at the four pokeballs which had the four Pokémon inside of it. Adam sent out absol and frogaider so that they could socialize with each other. The water type climbed on the dark types back as the dark type started running around. Adam just smiled while the two Pokémon spoke in their language"i guess i should send my other Pokémon out as well" Adam said but decided not and put the two pokeballs he was about to throw back onto his belt before sighing and heading of in the direction that his two other Pokémon had run off too.

Adam then caught up to absol and frogaider along with the rest of his team"You sure ran a long way" Tom said looking around and seeing savannah all around. Just then Tom spotted something weird and started running after it. Snivy also seemed to notice it so the grass type used its vines to swing around on the rocks and land in the same position as Tom was before landing gracefully and running after the boy"where are those guys going?" Sally wondered as she noticed it as well and started running after the Pokémon and the boy. Vulpix soon noticed it as well and ran after the boy that was it its trainer. It was not long before vulpix caught up to the group of 3"wait where are they going!" Adam said as he saw absol just shake his head. Finally frogaider was the last one to follow as he had spotted the same thing and had followed the group of 4 making the group now 5. Rose and Adam just gon absol and prepared to follow after the group as the dark type ran forward.

Finally the two trainers and dog raced up to the group as they sat down panting on a few rocks"why did you run off like that?" Adam asked as the group all regained their breath"well we thought we saw a jirachi but I think it was just my imagination" Tom said as the rest of the group nodded in agreement with Tom before looking around and spotting that they were are the rock formation"wow this is beautiful!" Rose said as she looked at the huge stone pillars that were towering over the group"I guess i should check this out" Tom said as he picked up his pokenav he had accidentally dropped and read all about the stone formation"its says that a ledgendary Pokémon created this storm formation!" Tom said excitedly as he checked which legendary Pokémon could have possibly created the giant stone formation. However no data came out.

"Well I guess that since that since there is no information that means that the ledgendary Pokémon could possibly still not be recorded in the pokedex" Tom said excitedly as he inserted a disc into Adam's pokedex"what is that disc for?" Adam asked as he checked and saw that his pokedex now had a section which said ledgendary and mythical Pokémon. Adam just smiled as he looked all those ledgendary Pokémon that he could record down into his pokedex. He saw all the question marks and saw that he could write down his own information down into the pokedex which could also help professor cypress.

Just then a huge rock suddenly came out of nowhere and was about to slam it self on the group when frogaider jumped in front of it causing the small water type to get crushed under the weight of the heavy rock"frogaider no!" Adam said as he ran towards his injured water type. Meanwhile absol seemed to have a glazed look on its eyes as it suddenly turned and ran towards the direction from which the rock had come from"wait absol come back!" Adam ordered but his dark type would not listen and still continued running. Absol finally reached a dark part of the savannah where it searched for Pokémon that could have possibly thrown the rock at frogaider. It suspected rhyorn until It remembered rhyorn did not have arms. Meanwhile Adam and the group had taken of towards absol with frogaider in Adam's backpack still recovering.
