Harry's POV.
Liam and I were running around frantically trying to find Tatum. I hadn't told him anything of what happened in her dressing room, it wasn't important. What was important was finding her. All I wanted to do was find Tatum, wrap her in my arms and tell her everything's going to be okay. And once I found her, I was never going to let her leave my sight again. Not when these psychopaths were still roaming around, tormenting her every chance they got.
My heart was beating abnormally fast while I tugged at my hair, wondering where the hell she could be. I made sure Liam remained outside to search for her, she couldn't have gotten far. I made my way back into the arena and back into Tatum's dressing room, I needed answers. And Cara was the only person that would be able to give them to me. But when I opened the door, she was gone; she was no where to be found. I groaned, falling to my knees in agony.
My phone buzzed in my pockets and I hurriedly answered it, without even checking the caller I.D. "Hello?" My rushed voice filled the room.
"Harry, help." I heard my baby girl whisper into the phone. I couldn't tell you how relieved I was just to be able to hear her voice, but I wasn't going to be satisfied until I could hold her in my arms again.
"Where are you?" I hurried to my feet and slowly began to proceed out of her dressing room. Her breathing was uneven, she was scared and I don't know how much more I could take of this. "Tatum, baby. Where are you?" I repeated my question. My knuckles were turning white from the where I clutched them at my sides.
"I'm still in the arena, but I don't know where..." She mumbled, her voice cracking slightly. She was crying and all I wanted to do at this point was break down as well, but I couldn't, I had to stay strong for Tatum. "Harry, I'm scared." Her muffled voice whispered through the phone. I couldn't control them anymore, the tears began to fall from my face one by one.
"I know, baby. But I will find you." I croaked.
"Promise?"
"I promise. I love you, Tatum."
"I love yo-no, please!"
I screamed her name repeatedly into the phone, but it was no use... the line had already went dead. I rubbed my temples before racing around the entire backstage in hopes to find her. I checked every single dressing room, bathrooms, storage rooms, anything you could think of.
My hand ran across the stage door and that's when a light bulb went off in my head. I listened to the voice in my head as it directed my underneath the stage. My heart skipped a beat when I saw Tatum in the distance, but she wasn't alone.
"You know, you got lucky," The other girl in the room spoke to Tatum. She was fiddling around with something in her hands, but I was too far away to tell what it was exactly. "If Hannah weren't shooting blanks, she would've hit you right in the heart. But I'm not Hannah, I'm much more smart. I want you suffer!" The girl spat in Tatum's face. I could see her squirming around in the chair that she was tied to, my first instinct was to run over and help her right then and there. But I had to think rationally. If I were to run over there now, I'd not only put her life in jeopardy, but mine as well. So I went with my Plan B.
I hurriedly texted Paul to meet me underneath the stage and to bring along one of the many cops searching the arena. It was a few minutes later when they showed up. I told them everything I had witnessed the girl tell Tatum before pointing off into the distance where they stood.
I was shooed away but I couldn't leave, not until Tatum was in safely in my arms again. "Harry, please. I'll make sure she meets you up there as soon as this is all over. We don't know how this is going to play out, so please go up there to be on the safe side." Paul whispered, pleading with me. I groaned, throwing my hands up in defeat.
I stayed by the door, I wanted to be the first person Tatum saw when all this was resolved. I waited for what seemed like forever before I heard shouting underneath the stage. The voice were too far away, so I couldn't make out exactly what was being said. And the next thing I know a gun shot goes off and I panicked, I was back down there within seconds. The perpetrator was lying on the floor, but I could still see her chest rising and falling.
Paul hurriedly untied Tatum and ushered her upstairs. Before she could make it to the door, she saw me and a shy smile was planted against her mouth. Tears flowed rapidly down her face as she collided into me. "I told you I'd find you." I whispered into her hear, soothingly rubbing her back.
My lips pressed against hers repeatedly before I gripped her hand and made my way back to the bus.
My phone vibrated repetitively in my jeans so I pulled it out and read the caller I.D, it was Liam. "Harry, I've looked every where, I can't find her!" His voice was rushed and I could tell he was worried.
"It's alright, I found her. She's okay." I assured him, letting Tatum approach the bus doors first.
I hung up the phone once we reached inside. Liam and the rest of the boys were all seated on the couch but quickly jumped up when we appeared. Each and every one of them jumped up and pulled her into a group hug.
Tatum's POV.
When all the boys gathered me into one big hug, I couldn't help but smile. The tears that had dried up on my face were met with fresh ones. I always knew these boys cared about me, but never to this existent. I could tell they were all worried sick, and that makes me insanely happy.
"Tatum, love. You better not scare us like that ever again!" Louis piped up.
I laughed slightly, "I won't, Lou. I promise."
"Okay, okay!" Harry laughed, pulling me into his arms. The boys all swatted him away but Harry somehow still managed to keep me against him. I waved good bye to the boys as Harry led me to his bed. He climbed in next to me, and I snuggled close to him. His arm was draped around my waist and his head was buried into the crook of my neck. "I love you so much." His voice came out muffled, but I heard him perfectly well. And when a cold liquid seeped down my back, I knew just how scared he was.
"It's okay, Harry. I'm here now."
