I gasp at the sight, he drags me to the right back into the tropics. I protest not wanting to leave the waterfall, though he just gives me a look over his shoulder to stop talking.
I stopped questioning and let him pull me. There were points where we had to climb up hp hill though I never questioned anything, though my feet hurt because of the branches that attacked my bare feet.
We finally stop and he asks, "Do you trust me?" I skeptically nod, and he continues to drag me. The sound of rushing water becomes louder. He drags me until we are at the top of the waterfall. He drops my hand and steps into the stream the feeds the hungry falls, walking to the edge.
"What are you doing?" I yell over the roar of the water.
"You said you trusted me, now come here." I slowly make my way beside him. He grabs my hand, and I look to him. He squeezes one before yelling "jump!"
Before I could comprehend what was happening he jumps off the waterfall, dragging me with his. I let go of his hands frantically flailing my arms as I fall. I splash into the water, sinking deep into the small lagoon.
I break through the water, adrenaline still pumping through my veins. "That was amazing!" Jason screams, swimming over to me. I jump on him, causing us to sink a little, though his strong legs quickly swim us back to the surface.
Laughing we make our way to the shallow. I was smiling ear to ear, unable to forget the thrill of jumping from the waterfall.
I turn to Jason, "Again?" I ask and we run to the top, jumping again and again. We swim in the private lagoon for an hour before going back to the beach. My father was waiting for me, asking me questions about where I had been.
Giving him a quick answer yelling to him "I when on an adventure." Then ran to Jason who was waiting for me in the ocean. I ran to him, splashing large amounts of water with every movement of my feet. I jumped on him, causing him to stumble a little. He caught his balance, reaching back for me.
He gathered me in his arms, then with one quick squeal from me, threw me into the deep. I swam back to him laughing. We continue to swim for a while till my dad calls us in. We are told that dinner is ready and instantly race the where all the food was laid out.
Starving, we fill our plates and walk to my chair. I sit with my back resting to the backrest, Jason sits cross-legged at the end of the chair. We eat in silence, shoving plentiful amounts of food into our mouths. Music turns on and I start to dance in my seat. We finish and Jason grabs my hand pulling me to where everyone was dancing.
We jump around to the songs that go by, laughing at ourselves and each other. The sun sets across the ocean and Jason and I sit on the sand watching the golden orb dip into the ocean.
The stars start to appear and I lay onto the sand. I feel Jason do the same, as we silently watch the stars glitter in the sky. It starts to get colder without the glowing sun to keep us warm. Chills rake my body and I get the urge to search for warmth.
My bikini not providing any coverage from the cold. I feel Jason move closer and slid his arm under my back, pulling me into him. I look to him and he replies to my questioning glance, "body heat." he says shrugging.
