Walking into my house after a long day with my friends I flop onto the couch beside my dad. He was on his laptop, properly doing some work.
"I'm getting really excited for Hawaii," I say to him. He closes his laptop and places it on the table along with the glasses he was wearing.
"Me too. Just me and you baby" he says kissing the top of my head. "Don't forget you will have to interact with my clients and there are a few very dance dinners. Your mom said she is going to help you pick out a floor length dress. You are going shopping tomorrow."
"Ok," I say smiling at him.
"Though you can't think too much about Hawaii. You still have exams first." He says sternly.
"I know, I was actually just going to go upstairs and call Jessica to start my notes," I say getting up from the couch. He shouts a good night as I close the door to my bedroom. I pull out my binder and place it on the small desk in the corner of my room. I pull out my iPhone and FaceTime a contacted with the name of ShitFace. After 3 rings Jessica's face appears.
"Hey" I shout at her
"Hola my hoe" she shouts back.
"Do you have time to do the math homework with me?" I asked remembering I still hadn't done the worksheet given to us on Friday.
"Sorry babe, but I have a date with Brenden." She says sadly.
" that's ok. Now the important thing is, what are you wearing?" I shout at her. She stands up and moves away, doing a little turn to show off her ripped jeans and a tight tee. We say a quick goodbye as she notifies me that Brenden is there to pick her up. I decide that I would still be productive and do my work although after three questions my mind drifts to my exciting trip to Hawaii. I awake face on my math notes and my phone ringing. The buzz of the phone vibrating the table. I pick it up while rubbing the sleep from my eyes and pick it up without looking at the caller ID.
"Hello?" I croak into the phone. I slowly stand up, pushing my chair back and start making my way to my bed. I glance at my clock and read its 1 am.
"Biiiiittttttcchhhhhhh." Becky screams into the phone so loud I have to remove it from my ear.
"What, you woke you asshole. What is so important that you need to wake me from my peaceful slumber at 1 AM?" I ask unimpressed with her actions.
"We, like a regular teen, I am on my phone in the late night unlike you." She says. "I was scrolling through Instagram and was stalking you. Did you know that Jason commented on your birthday post?
"Yes," I reply simply.
"Well, how come you never told me, asshole." she screamed at me.
"I don't know," I say sincerely. Jessica knows and I guess I forgot." I shrug.
"YOU FORGOT! You don't just 'forget' about a thing like this!" After a ten minute long scolding, I hang up after reassuring her I will never forget to mention if anything like this happened again. I finally fall back to sleep waking to a lazy Sunday spent reading and watching t.v. dreading Monday. When have to go back to the hell we call a school.

I am so sorry. I know. It is taking me forever to get to the part where she goes to Hawaii. I am trying to update a lot so that I can reach that part. Though reminder: Sara does have 3 weeks until she leaves😵 i will fast forward some days like I fast forwarded Sunday but still. Love you all😍😍😘😘
