Hey everyone! I know I keep repeating myself but once again, thank you all so much for reading my story! Having 180 reads at this point is way more than I had hoped for, so thank you all!
Tonight, I'll do a double update because the chapter was way too long to leave it in one piece and it also gives me the chance to try something new in the second part ;)
I really hope you guys enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it! Have a wonderful evening!

As the evening drew nearer, I became more and more nervous. I was struggling with what to wear tonight and couldn't help but wonder what Louis would like best on me. The more I kept telling myself that I didn't want to impress him, the more it became obvious to me that he was the main reason I was so nervous.

After a painfully long debate with Lucy about showing off a 'woman's quality' I decided to go with what I felt comfortable with. When I went into the bathroom to put on some make-up I wasn't surprised to see Lucy in front of the mirror with a curling iron in her hand. "Wow!" the words slipped out of my mouth before I could even think twice. Lucy looked absolutely stunning. She was wearing a tight black dress and only light make up apart from a deep red lipstick which matched perfectly with her red hair. "Lu, you look gorgeous!" I said admiringly and stared at her hair which fell down her back in soft waves.

Lucy blew me a kiss and winked. "Tell me something I don't know, honey!" She replied and grinned. "You don't look to shabby yourself, Missy!" She added with an approving look to my outfit. I had put on tight dark brown shorts and a tugged in, loose midnight blue top with a deep back neckline, down to my bra-clasp. It was revealing for sure but not too sexy and I felt more comfortable in shorts than in a skirt or dress.

I had just finished of my make-up with smoky eyes and regarded the result in the bathroom mirror when the doorbell rang. My heart jumped excitedly and I couldn't help but beam at my reflection before I left the bathroom. When I passed the living room to open the front door, I saw Lucy sitting on the couch with a book in her hands, wearing a sweater over her dress. "Are you going to take that off before we leave?" I asked, as I walked past her. Lucy only grunted in response and focussed her attention back on the book.

Smiling to myself, I made my way over to the hallway. Even though Lucy would never admit it, I could tell that she was a bit nervous about meeting the boys. My excitement increased as I walked up to the door and I took a deep breath before turning the doorknob. I swung the door open, beaming widely and was greeted with the sight of the four gorgeous young men from One Direction. My eyes wandered from Niall and Liam to Harry and lingered on Louis.

All four seemed a little taken aback by my appearance and I felt myself blush as their eyes roamed my body. After a couple more seconds I carefully cleared my throat to get their attention. "My eyes are up here!" I said in an amused voice and Louis' head shot up instantly. He had the decency to look a little embarrassed while the others simply grinned at me.

"Abby, you look absolutely stunning!" complimented Liam. I chuckled and raised my eyebrows at him. "Don't let Sophia hear that!" I scolded him and winked. Niall was the first one to step closer and hug me. "Well, he is only telling the truth" he said and wiggled his eyebrows at me playfully. Harry was the next one to greet me with a hug. He squeezed me tightly but I felt his hands twitch slightly when he touched my bare back. When he pulled away from me, he gave me a stern look. "I agree that you look beautiful, Freckles, but this neckline at your back is way too deep!" he said and tried to adjust my top a little.

"Overprotective much?" I smirked and rolled my eyes but quickly glanced at Louis who still looked at me with an unreadable expression. After greeting Liam and Louis, I motioned the boys to come in. "Lucy is still in the living room but we are pretty much ready to go!" I said and guided them into the small flat, Louis by my side. Lucy looked up when she heard us approach and I shot Louis a knowing grin which he returned.
