He made her feel special.
Like she was worth something.
It was a strange feeling.
A warm feeling.
Blue smiled her almost smile and snuggled closer.
"Why do you like me so much?"
She murmured, breathing in his scent.
The smell of laundry detergent and cologne calmed her down.
"Honestly, I don't know. There's just something about you that's... different... than everyone else. You're like a magnet, pulling me in. And when I look at you, I never want to look away."
His words flowed so smoothly and surely.
She shut her eyes and sighed.
They'd only just met.
But she felt more comfortable with him than with anyone.
Under any other circumstances she'd never let an absolute stranger into her home.
She'd definitely never snuggle against them.
But Grey was different.
She knew what he meant when he said that.
She could feel it too.
