Light flooded the room.
Blue squinted in the harsh light and covered her eyes.
She felt something heavy slung around her.
An arm.
Grey's arm.
Blue sat up, knocking his arm off and jumped back.
It wasn't a dream, he's really here.
She stared down at him.
Rays of light shone upon his face, making it seem to glow.
His lips parted, eyes closed, looking utterly peaceful.
The clock on her dresser read 8:45.
Blue groaned.
In this moment she wanted nothing more than to crawl back in beside him and fall back asleep.
But she knew her sister could walk in at any second.
With a resigned sigh she reached over and shook his shoulder gently.
"Grey. Grey you have to get up."
Blue murmured.
He rolled onto his side.
"Good morning Blue."
"Morning Grey."
He looked up at her.
Her hair was ruffled and she seemed to be holding back a yawn.
He couldn't help but stare, taking in all her perfect imperfections.
There was something in her that he hadn't seen before.
