His jeans were done for, but he didn't mind, and he would definitely have a bruise, if not a concussion.

"You have a hard head," Grey said, gently prodding the lump forming in the center of his forehead.

"I'm so sorry, I must've fallen asleep, I didn't see-"

Grey waved her concerns away, running a hand through his damp hair.

"Don't worry about it. No blood no foul."

Blue looked at her wrist watch, a slim black band Grey hadn't noticed before.

"Oh jeez, it's late. I have to go."

Grey watched her stand up and brush herself off.

"Thanks for waking me up. Sorry about your jeans and your head," she said apologetically.

"I'll see you around?" She yelled, walking backwards towards the edge of the park.

"I'll be here," Grey confirmed.

She gave a small almost smile and spun around.

He watched her retreating figure go up the hill, stop at the top and take a breath.

I'll be here as long as you are.
