Regina drugged me to a group of about 3 women who were talking. Oh hell..
"Guys, this is Stacey. Erica's friend. Stacey, this is Erica's cousin, Morgan, my cousin, Janelle, and her other cousin, Ken. Y'all this is her first time here in California, and I wanna just her how we get down!" Regina said doing a little dance and the girls laughed.
"It's nice to meet you Stacey. So, where are you from?" Ken asked.
"I'm from New York. I got tired of all that mess up there, and just decided to come here." I said and they nodded.
"So are you and Erica like, dating or anything?" Erica's cousin, Morgan asked nd I shook my head.
"We're just .. good friends. That's all." I smiled and she nodded.
"Well your cute." Janelle said.
"Thank you ," I said and I turned to Regina. "Oh Regina, I brought Jeremiah a present too." I said and she smiled.
"That's so sweet, thanks." She said hugging me sounding like Erica and I hugged back.
"What did you get him?" Janelle asked.
"A new soccer goalie and a new soccer ball since Erica told me he loves soccer so much. And i dont be seeing a little goalie or soccer vall out here, so I thought it was nice to get him one."
"Wait, you .. never met Jeremiah?" Regina asked and I shook my head.
"I usually be busy with work or when I would come over, Erica wouldn't have the kids during the time." I said truthfully. I'm glad I'm meeting them today.
"Oh then you have to meet him, he'll love you for buying that goalie for him." Regina said and looked around. "I don't know where he is now but yeah." She said.
"How long you and Erica been talking?" Morgan asked.
Damn, how many questions these girls got? Is this how Cali people party? Asking questions?!
"For a good couple months." I answered.
"Well it's nice meeting you. You wanna go dance?" Ken asked and I shook my head
"I really wanna eat first, I'm hungry." I said and Regina put her drink down.
"Come on boo, lemme show you what we got." Regina said and I nodded following her.
I'm glad she isn't like Lee with the looks or hating me on sight.
