Colby's POV

"You told me that you loved me"

Wow.

I finally said it.

I couldn't tell if she was happy or not.

Pleased or disgusted.

I took both her hands into mine.

I looked at her.

Her mesmerising eyes.

She smiled at me.

"Ronnie. I meant what I said"

Her smile grew bright.

Her smile was so big that you could see all of her gums.

She threw her arms over me.

She started laughing.

Not at me or at anything funny.

She was just laughing with joy.

I couldn't stop smiling.

This is possibly the best reaction you could have when you tell someone you love them.

And I did.

I was in love with her.

I enjoyed every second of her amazing embrace.

She pulled her chin off my shoulder and faced me.

Her smile still present.

She stood up and let that smile get brighter.

"I love you too" she said.

A tear fell down her cheek.

She let my hands go and held them over her mouth.

Sobbing.

She dropped her hands and continued to smile.

That smile will be the death of me one day.

"I'm so in love with you Colby." She exclaims.

I jump up, cheering.

"WOOHOO!" I scream.

My deafening roar echoed through the house.

She giggles and I could just melt in her arms right now.

I grab her hand and pull her close.

We were both a mess.

Her smile and tears.

My sweat and smile.

She placed a hand on my face.

Her palm gently pulsing against my skin.

My hands laced until her jaw and my thumb at the base of her hairline.

I held her close.

Just enjoying the view.

Enjoying this moment.

Cherishing her.

She filled the space between us.

Her lips against mine.

Once again.

Remember when I said I could just melt in her arms?

Yeah well right now.

I was at my boiling point.

I held her so close.

Enjoying her sweetness.

She stops the kiss.

Pulling back.

Smiling.

Oh hell no.

I pull her back to where she belongs.

I get her lips back on mine.

She smiles into the kisses as do I.

We pull away and rest our heads against each others.

"You don't know how long I have wanted to do that" I say quietly.

She smiles, closing her eyes.

My arms memorizing her every curve.

"I hate you" she smirks.

Looking into my eyes.

*melting*

"No you don't" I say.

I lean down to her height.

To her ear.

"You love me" I whisper.

She smiles yet again.

This time it's the smile of the devil.

She takes my hand and runs upstairs.

I follow after her like a lost puppy.

But now that I have her.

I am found.

Once again.
