// A.N. hey guys! I wanted to thank you for all of your support and love you have showed me and my work. It means the world to me and it made a dream, a reality. I apologise for the lack of content/shitty content but I'm running out of ideas on how to keep this book going. I was thinking that I could maybe open up a position for a co-author or someone to bounce ideas off of. I had an idea for the final 10 chapters, meaning the book would end on chapter 100. I'm sad that it has to come to this also but I don't know what else to do, I hope you understand❤ enjoy chapter 1 of the final 10. Comment any suggestions you have or if you are interested in co-authoring, love you all.

Ronnie's POV

All morning.

I had been sat on the couch at the foot of our bed.

Staring at the ring that still remained on the desk.

Shinning as the afternoon sun hit it from an angle.

It looked so beautiful and it meant so much to me,

To me and Colby's relationship.

I didn't know if I wanted to put it back on.

Me and Colby never spoke about it.

At least not yet.

I wanted to marry him but I didn't want it to be a big thing.

I didn't want a silver band to show that I was married.

I needed something more,

A little more permanent.

"I can't believe you convinced me to do this" Colby whinced and hissed through his teeth,

"Me neither!" I gasped while trying my best to hold back my laughter.

The needle buzzed while it traced over his skin.

I went first in the chair.

I will do it if you do it first.

So I did,

"All done" the tattoo artist said as he wiped his shoulder with a wet wipe.

Colby stood up and walked to the mirror.

He turned his body at an angle and a smile formed across his face.

A small tree.

Covering his scar on his shoulder

A small tree resembling our broken bed.

The wood that keeps snapping.

He thought of the idea,

And I loved it.

It may look like we both just like trees and we do,

But it had a deeper meaning to us.

Me and Colby.

That's why I also got the same tattoo,

In the same place,

"I love it" Colby said as he grabbed me and kissed my forehead.

Although people keep cutting us down, we can grow back stronger and taller.

Just like a tree.

I knew that he was ready now,

Ready for commitment.

If he could do this for me,

He could do anything,

"I want to get married" I blurt out.

Colby head snaps to me with a confused expression,

"But you took the ring off?" He questioned,

"I know but I don't want to hold it off anymore. I want to be with you and I don't think that we are too young to know that" I explain,

"Society says not to rush into things to young because you need to enjoy life and have fun first before you settle down but I've already had enough fun to fill a lifetime of expirences."

As I spoke my honest words I watched tears slip from his eyes.

His beautiful eyes.

I couldn't get lost in them.

I want to get lost with him.

If it meant I could be him.

I realised alot this year.

You don't need someone to complete you but someone to add to you.

Colby is the best addition to me.

He is my other half.

I want him by my side for as long as I live,

"Lets do it, no more wasting time" he said through a bright smile.
