Ronnie's POV

Today was the day.

The days of all days.

My wedding day.

My heart was beating and battering against my ribcage as it usually did while I was anxious.

I felt like I was on cloud 9 but I was still nervous.

I mean who isn't on their wedding day?

It was a big fantasy wedding,

Just like I had always wanted.

Ever since I was a little girl.

To fall in love with Prince Charming then live happily ever after.

I finally found my Prince Charming,

And thankfully I didn't have to kiss any frogs to get him.

We had rented out a big hotel downtown and invited everyone we knew.

My family.

Colby's family.

All of our friends.

I was so grateful for him.

Colby said that he had a suprise for me.

He told me to stay in my hotel room and wait for it.

I swear to god if it's a lion ima..

KNOCK KNOCK

"Come in" I say as I push the back of my earring on.

The handle moves and I see the door creak open in the mirror reflection behind me.

A tall blonde hair woman walks in and closes the door behind her.

I turned around not believing that I saw what I saw.

This couldn't be happening right now.

When Colby said that he had a suprise for me,

I never thought in a million years that it would be this.

She looked matured.

Her features had hardened and her body has grown.

When I last seen her in highschool,

She was stick thin.

She didn't have breasts and she didn't have a butt.

She now had full on curves.

She looked beautiful and overall amazing,

"Longtime no see, old friend" she said from the other side of the room,

"Its so good to see you" i gasped as I ran over to her.

I missed her so much.

Last i heard, she moved to New York and became a publisher.

She smelled rich.

She reeked of money and success,

"I missed you too" she chuckled back.

We were both teary eyed messes.

Luckily I hadn't even started getting ready yet,

"There is something I would like to give you" she said as she pulled back from our hug and searched through her bag,

"Oh you didn't have to" I say kindly,

"Well you know me, I'm a traditional type of gal!" She exclaimed,

"Yeah right!" I scoffed and collected the small box from her hand.

It was a white box tied with a cream silk ribbon.

I pulled on the ribbon and set it down on the vanity.

Opening the box to be blinded by a bright sparkle.

I gasped and started to cry again,

"It's beautiful!" I manage to choke out and she laughs,

"Something old, something new. Something borrowed and something blue" she recited with a huge smirk on her face,

"And this is my something new I'm guessing?" I laugh as I pull the fine piece of jewellery out of the black velvet lining,

"Something like that" she laughed back.

I set the box aside and held up the necklace,

"Can you?" I ask,

"Of course" she said as she dropped her purse and walked over.

Taking the necklace from me and wrapping it around my neck.

She held the clasp and I heard it clip,

"Its beautiful, thank you" I thank her,

"It was my pleasure" she said calmly,

"I missed you so much, Sydney" I cried out,

"I missed you more"
