"You're...you're awake," The dark haired boy said.
Thomas.
He had warm green eyes, dark brown hair and bronze tanned skin. His eyes shone with care, startling me.
The three boys stood in a very hostile position with a light haired boy in between Thomas and a black haired boy, his hand on both their chests as if he were pushing them apart.
"Ambrosia..." the light hair boy spoke and I immediately knew it was Zak. He has blonde hair, grey eyes and lightly tanned skin.
The black haired boy narrowed his eyes at me and shoved Zak's hand away.
"I should get going," he said, his voice cold.
"You should," Thomas snarled.
The boy immediately picked up on his hostile tones and growled at him.
"Try me Golden boy," he snapped.
Thomas turned to him instantly, his fist back as he prepared to punch the boy.
"Stop! Stop fighting!" I yelled, the hospital duvet clutched in my fist.
The two boys stopped, Thomas gripping the front of the boy's shirt.
The boy pried Thomas' hand away and dusted himself off.
"That's enough for today Golden boy. I've grown bored," he said, a bored smirk on his lips.
Thomas huffed and turned away from the boy as he left.
"Ambrosia...I can't believe you're finally awake," he said, taking my hand.
I stared at our hands then smiled.
"Yeah," I said, smiling up at him.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I stared down at Thomas as he slept, his hand clutching mine. He slept with his arms by my legs, his head resting near my legs.
"How long has he been there?" Zak asked, standing behind Thomas.
I smiled and looked up.
"He hasn't let go since I woke up," I smiled.
Zak stuffed his hand in his jean pockets, looking down at Thomas.
His grey eyes shone sadly.
"I think he's just scared," Zak shrugged.
"Of what?" I asked.
"That as soon as he lets go, he'll wake up from a dream and you'll be back in your coma," Zak said.
"My coma..." My voice trailed off as faint memories of whatever put me here trailed through my head.
"You're not leaving me!" A male voice.
"Leave me alone! I'm not yours!"
A girl screamed.
"Zak what exactly put me in the coma?" I asked, staring at Thomas then back up at Zak.
His grey eyes hardened and he stared at me coldly.
"That's not my place to tell you," Zak said.
"You should have left when Zak told you to."
"You think a little punch is gonna make me leave golden boy?"
"Percy's on his way."
"Percy?"
"Said he's gonna teach you a lesson or two about disrespecting him and taking Ambrosia away from him."
"Zak does my coma have anything to do with that boy from yesterday? Percy?" I asked, staring at him.
"How do you know his name?" Thomas asked, staring up at me.
"I-I've been able to hear a few things," I admitted.
"You have?"
"Yeah...so does Percy have anything to do with my coma?"
Thomas stared at me almost menacingly and squeezed my hand.
"He's the reason you're here Amb," Thomas said," He caused your coma."
