He brushed a strand of hair behind my ear and I blushed, smiling. His face was blurred, just beyond my memory.

"Shouldn't we get going? They might miss us at the party," I murmured.

"So what? I'd much rather..." his voice trailed off as he brushed his thumb over my lip and leaned down to kiss me.

My fingers brushed over the couch delicately.

"This is my home?" I asked, looking up at Thomas.

He nodded and watched me almost sadly as I glanced around the room.

The room was big with a huge couch, flat screen tv mounted on the wall, coffee tables and a vase that sat on the coffee table with bright orange flowers.

The walls were littered with framed pictures of me and Thomas. I was smiling widely in every picture, sometimes caught in mid laugh.

I walked over to the closet framed picture, my fingers brushing the glass.

I was laughing in the picture, my eyes almost closed as Thomas kissed my cheek, a half smile tugging at his lips.

"That was our anniversary. You'd just turned 15 and I wanted to celebrate. We went to the beach," Thomas said, glancing at me hopefully.

"I remember," I whispered, my fingers resting on Thomas' face in the picture.

"You do?"

"Yes."

"It's so cold!" I protested.

Thomas laughed.

"Oh come off it. It's not too cold for the beach now is it?" He laughed, resting his arm on my shoulder.

"Not if it gets you to take your shirt off," I agreed.

Thomas laughed again, happiness lighting his features.

"Then we'll go to the beach," he laughed.

"Only if I get ice cream when we're there," I smiled.

"English toffee?" He smiled knowingly.

"You know me too well," I said, leaning over and resting my head on his shoulder.

"Anything for you Ambrosia," he smiled, tightening his arm around me lovingly.

"English toffee." I smiled as I remembered that day.

"You do remember," Thomas smiled.

"It's all coming back. We-we got ice cream and there was a bonfire...we shared our first kiss under the stars. That's why I love the stars so much," I said, looking back at him.

"Haha yeah. You told me that after we kissed. You said you were going to buy the best telescope you could just so you could watch the stars and learn every constellation. You even got a book about constellations the next day," Thomas said, standing next to me.

"Look what I got!" I opened my locker and showed him the thick book.

Thomas laughed, taking the book from me.

"You actually went and bought it?" Thomas said, examining it.

"Of course! Don't you want to learn about the things that brought us together?" I asked, grinning up at him.

He looked at the book then leaned down and kissed me.

"I already know what brought us together Amb. And I wouldn't-"

"Change anything about us," I finished, remembering his words.

"Yeah Amb. I meant those words then," Thomas said," And I mean it now."

He leaned down to kiss me and when his lips met mine, a familiar spark ran through my body.

"I love you Ambrosia," he muttered.

I smiled up at him, happiness flowing through me.

"I'm gonna learn all the constellations names and then I'll find a new one. Just for me and you Thomas. Just for us."
