I entered my house, throwing my keys haphazardly in the direction of wherever they should be placed and placed my soccer bag on the floor in frustration. Okay, more like fling it angrily against the wall near the door.

Another game lost because our coach would not work with us. Over the summer during scrimmages I saw these girls best skill sets and every option I gave I was ignored. Every tactical advantage that we could have had was lost.

The line up was changed however not in the way that it should have been altered to. Just more of a mess in a sea of confusion and anger.

Junko walked silently into the house behind me and closed and locked the front door. "Go up and take a shower, I'll order something."

"What are you going to order?" I asked as I wiped the sweat from my palms onto my shorts that once again were clean from grass and dirt and sweat.

"I was just thinking some cheese pizza. Nothing crazy."

"That's fine." I answered dejectedly as I made my way up the stairs.

"Oh and get dressed when you're done, we're going out to a movie." Silence filled the air between us for only a moment. Then she added. "And no it will not be to anything Oikawa related. We're going to see a movie and relax tonight so don't worry. On the plus side he's at a practice match so you won't have to worry about him at all."

The last part seemed to run through one ear and out the other. My mind didn't really seem to care at that moment. Didn't seem to want to function. So I didn't answer and instead just made my way to the bathroom, angrily slamming the door shut behind me. My shower ended up being a lot longer than I had anticipated but when your upset the length of a normal shower seems to increase by ten times.

When I got out I threw my hair up into a towel, wrapped another towel around myself and made my way to my bedroom. I threw my clean uniform into my hamper, deciding to wash it even though it was mostly clean since there was some blood from one of my hurt teammates on the crisp white.

I kicked my door closed as I opened the necessary drawers. I threw on my undergarments and put on a comfy but cute sweater and some leggings. I grabbed a pair of boots and threw them onto the bed for later.

I put on some light make up, hoping in a way the monotony of it would help ease the tension in my muscles. It did a little. So did brushing and then blow drying my hair.

When I was finished I grabbed my shoes and made my way slowly downstairs. I dropped my shoes clumsily by the front door before plopping myself down onto the couch. "How long?" I asked quietly as I let my muscles relax into the fabric.

"It should be here any minute. You were getting ready for an hour now and I only called it in about twenty minutes ago." Junko replied as she flipped absent mindedly through tv channels. "There's nothing on." She mumbled angrily as she slammed her finger into the off button of the remote and threw the remote onto one of the chairs on the other side of the room.

My anger was starting to rub off on her. She was feeling just as frustrated as I was about the team. Especially since she went to every game to cheer on Aoba Joshai.

"Yeah. I'm less and less interested in what's on lately." I added, trying to make the tension in the room less thick. It didn't work.

She nodded, crossing her arms over her chest and saying nothing.

The doorbell rang and she got up picking up money she let for herself first on the counter before making her way to the front door. "Did you take money for my half already?" She shook her head.

She opened the door and handed the delivery guy his money before she turned back to look st me. "No I owed you for some other take out another night so I just covered it." She turned and thanked the young man. She took the pizza and with a swift kick closed the door. "And don't worry I didn't close it in his face. He was already down the sidewalk. And he did check his money before he left."

"I wasn't going to ask about either of those things." I responded as I got up from the couch and made my way to the kitchen.

She set the box in the counter and threw herself onto one of the barstools. "If anything I said it more for myself. You just happened to listen." She popped open the box and then waited expectantly for me.

I grabbed us napkins and paper plates and threw them to her. As she set up our plates at the counter I grabbed us root beers from the fridge.

"Glad to help in any way I can." I replied quietly as I sat down next to her, sliding over her cold can, which she immediately opened.

Her sad eyes then turned to look at me. "We'll figure this team thing out, don't worry. Just give it time."

I nodded, hoping she was right.
