When I got home from practice I stepped into the house and let out a sigh. Dad was working again and mom was off on a business trip, so once again I was alone.

Dad always slept during the day, I was lucky if I ever saw him anymore.

Since middle school my mother had found a better job. She worked hard, harder then most.

The way she found out that she could make more money to send me to a good high school and put money away for college was to travel.

Dad on the other hand stayed home. He worked at a night club when I got old enough to stay home by myself. He said when I went to college he would join mom in traveling and help pay the bills and make it a little bit easier.

I closed he door behind me and locked the bolt. I stepped inside and set my bag on the couch. I walked into the kitchen, grabbing a bottle of water and a bag of chips before heading back into the living room.

I threw myself down into the couch and opened the bag before I reached out and grabbed the tv remote.

My phone buzzed as people already began to ask me questions about homework that was due when we returned to school. I groaned as I leaned over and turned my phone off.

Today was my day. On Mondays I relaxed and ate my chips. No working out, no stressing about exercise. Just me and the tv. And the homework I knew I'd have to do, which thankfully for me was all done and ready for school this Friday.

I finished up my bag and let out a sigh as I downed my water. I stood up and went into the kitchen, throwing out my bag before returning to the comfy couch.

I lay back against the back of the couch. The soft cushions welcomed me back as I turned the tv onto the newest anime I was watching, You're Lie in April.

Junko told me that a lot of people have been talking about it and she had watched it. Apparently it was "to die for." Who knows what the heck that means but I went with it anyway.

I was on episode 3. Last night I had only been able to watch two the night before because exhaustion finally set in and I just passed out. When I finally woke up I had to go back to where I remembered it last and turn it off for the night.

This show was an emotional rollercoaster. Emotional rollercoaster didn't even cover it. I had just started the show and it already drove me completely insane. My emotions were out of wack and I was sitting there already routing for the characters. And it was only episode three.

'Gosh I am such a weeb.'

I had watched more animes then could be counted on both my hands and my feet twice over. Most of my free time was involved in anime and other tv shows.

Now I was a fangirl but I was definitely the more subtle kind.

My doorbell suddenly began to ring. It was as if someone was jamming their finger down against the button until I answered the door.

I groaned as I was removed from my cocoon of warmth. I opened the door to see Junko with a huge smile on her face on the other side. "Hey-"

"Don't what's up me! We were supposed to go shopping today and you're not even ready!"
She exclaimed as I stepped back and let her enter the house. I closed my front door and looked down at my bright pink pajama pants and my grey tank top. My hair was in messy bun, flopping around. Guess it had to be fixed.

I reached up and untied my hair, letting it fall over my shoulders as I placed the elastic in a comfortable position. Then I threw my hair back up in a bun. "I don't remember talking about this Junko." I said pointedly as I walked around her and sat on the couch.

"You don't?"

I shook my head.

"Did you get my text?"

"Phones off. People are hounding me for homework answered already."

She nodded. "Alright let's just stay in. Comfy clothes?"

"Right where you left them in my room."

"Sweet I'll be right back." Her eyes caught the screen and suddenly she turned around."OMG are you watching You're Lie in April?" She exclaimed as she jumped over the back of the couch and sat herself down.

She turned, her eyes narrowing. "Don't think toure getting out of shopping that easily though. I'll get you to go next time." I nodded. I knew it was over because she'd forget in ten minute flat.

"I'm gonna get a blanket and change. Don't start without me!" She exclaimed as she jumped from the couch and ran to grab her required things from my bedroom closet.

"I'm gonna start it!" I teased, calling upstairs as I reached over to pick up the remote from the side table.

"Don't you dare!" Junko screamed. I heard pounding footsteps as she stomped down the hallway and down the stairs.

I finally picked the remote up and waited. I turned to look at the stairs and a blanket was thrown into my face. The couch bounced as she jumped over the back once more and sat down.

"For a quiet girl you sure are loud." I laughed as I pulled the blanket from my face and instead set it on my lap, looking at the girl who had changed in about ten seconds so she wouldn't miss anything that happened in the show.

"Only with you." She replied as she wrapped the fluffy blanket around herself. "But don't you dare get all egotistical on me!" She exclaimed.

I rolled my eyes and laughed as I clicked play. Netflix loaded and the episode started again.
