Another late night at the gym. It was already past six, almost seven as I stepped underneath the metal bar and stood up. The cold metal pressed against my bare shoulders. Fourty five pounds on each side and a twenty pound bar while I do five sets of ten of squats.

Try outs were five days away. I had to be ready

'I know, I had a ton of warning right?' I thought sarcastically as I rolled my eyes.

The squats was a simple task so it seemed. But really it wasn't. I had to build up my muscle strength in my legs if I wanted to get better and now o had very little time to do so.

I did three sets before stepping back forward and setting the bar back on the hooks. I stepped out from under it and stretched before I go back to it. If I waited too long I wouldn't want to do anything.

When I finished I felt like I was throwing the bar back into the hooks. My arms felt like noddles and my back was slightly stiff. I let out a small puff of air as I stepped out from under the bar and god to work of putting it away.

I removed the weights and placed them back in their slots before moving the bar back to its usual place in the rack in the corner.

I walked over to my things and knelt down. I grabbed my white water bottle by the neck and my towel. I popped the top of the bottle open and chugged half the bottle before I took my towel and wiped my brow of sweat.

I closed the top of the bottle and my towel down before I looked at the climb system. I hated pull ups but I had to do some for throw ins.

I climbed up on the system and attempted some pull ups. I only got ten in, and even then I barely made the last couple.

After the tenth I let myself drop to the ground. A loud thud sounded throughout the gym as I lied back and put my hands above my head. I took some deep breaths, closing my eyes and allowing myself to rest on the floor. 'I just want sleep.' I thought.

My body get heavy and I didn't even want to move myself from the ground.

"Oh just end me already." I whispered.

"Well I would Miyumi-chan but I'd rather spend time with you." I opened one of my eyes to see Oikawa with the biggest smile on his face as he stood in the doorway to the gym. His brown eyes sparkled with glee.

"Hello Oikawa-San." I replied as I moved my arms over my eyes. "What can I do for you?"

"Are you okay Miyumi-Chan? I heard a loud crash and thought you might be hurt." I looked from the corner of my eyes and saw him looking concerned. I knew that he was worried about my reaction from this afternoon. But I knew he knew better then to ask about it now.

I let out a small giggle of relief and fatigued as I moved my arms from my eyes and attempted to push myself into a sitting position before giving up. "I'm fine. Just tired." I replied with a small smile.

I probably looked like a sweat machine. But at this time of night it was always only Oikawa and I. We always stayed too late. I worked out and he practiced. That's how it always was and hopefully would be.

"Come on, let's go get you some water."

"Oikawa-San just leave me here. I don't want to move."

"Well if you don't move then I can always carry you Miyumi-chan." He wiggles his eyebrows. My eyes widened. 'Oh heck to the no.'

I immediately pushed myself up into a sitting position before I crawled over to where my water bottle and towel were. Oikawa laughed at my child like behavior.
