After staring at the delicious meal for ten minutes that Emma left for me, I decided to stop ignoring my grumbling stomach and just eat it

And I have no regrets

The food was absolutely amazing and delicious. Whoever cooked this was a legend at cooking, or maybe I'm just like this because I haven't eaten for days.

After finishing the meal, my stomach felt full and satisfied. I place the tray on top of the white desk on the right side of the bed and looked around.

I've been alone for a few minutes now, no one has bothered to come here and check on me

Maybe I should try to escape?

But something inside me was too scared, too scared to see what was waiting for me outside this room

I chewed on my bottom lip nervously and slowly pulled the dextrose needle out of my wrist and took the other machines out. I stood up slowly and gently from the bed to make sure that I don't fall

I looked at my wrists and ankles that had a reddish black bruise around it. I bit my lip and walked towards the door and slowly opened it

I shut my eyes tightly, hearing the door creak a little when I slowly opened it. I looked outside and my eyes widened at what I saw

Where was I?

I opened the door wider and looked around. The place was empty and huge. It was like a palace. I walked around the old fashioned elegant place with wide eyes. The shiny large crystal chandeliers that were hanging on the ceiling was absolutely breath taking. The large windows that made the place look brighter was gorgeous. I stared at everything with awe

I felt so small inside this house

"Get the kids inside the hide out!" I jumped when I heard a man yell. I quickly hid behind the wall and watched men wearing black the same suits run outside

Then I heard numerous loud growls coming from outside the place making my heart pound hard

Were they being attacked by bears?

I saw a door on the right side of the house and ran towards it

Please be what I think you are

I opened the door and saw trees. My heart flipped and a large smile formed on my face.

Thank God

I silently shut the door and looked at my left and right side, seeing no one, I quickly ran towards the forest. I was still hearing loud growls and yells from the house. I continued to run. I took a quick glance behind me and gasped

There were so many wolves infront of the house biting and fighting each other. They were all abnormally huge

I felt my legs starting to shake uncontrollably

What was happening? Were they okay? Why were they being attacked?

I ran and ran until my legs couldn't run anymore. I stopped for a moment and took several deep breaths. I licked my lips and hugged myself tightly, looking around. Where was I? I looked around and saw trees, nothing but trees.
