"Close your mouth"

Lily said for the thousand time. I've been gawking and gasping for who knows how long while watching the kids play soccer. They were literally running so fast, they were becoming a blur to my eyes. I couldn't tell who was who because of how fast they were playing.

Before I knew it, the kids who were wearing red shirts began screaming in victory

That was it?

"It's over? But the game literally has only been going for ten minutes" I said, frustrated that I didn't even get to understand anything "That's how we do it here" Cole said with pride. I shook my head and slumped on my seat with a pout. I looked up when I felt someone was watching me and saw Grey standing on the balcony, watching me. I felt my cheeks heat up and quickly looked away

"Cole! Cole! Did you see me play?" A little kid yelled, running to Cole and tackling him with a hug. Cole chuckled and ruffled his hair "I sure did, bud! You did great" The kid chuckled "Grey taught me the move that I did awhile ago! It was sick wasn't it? I thought I wasn't going to be able to do it" I froze when I heard Grey's name being mentioned.

Grey with a child?

That would be the cutest thing ever

I looked up and saw Grey still watching my every move making my heart beat faster. After a few seconds of eye contact, he turns around and enters the room. I sighed and listened to the little kid ramble about how nervous and excited he was for the game. The kid continued to laugh and joke with Cole then his blue eyes landed on me

"You're the human..." He said with wide eyes "Alex, this munchkin is Peter. Peter, this human is Alex" I gave Peter a smile and small wave "Hey, you did great out there" His shocked look immediately vanished and was replaced with an excited smile "Thank you! Did you see the move I did earlier?-

I couldn't even watch the entire game

"-Alpha Grey taught me that!" Peter said for the nth time. I don't know why, but my heart flips every time I hear Grey's name which is ridiculous. "He did?" I asked with a small smile on my face "Yes! He's the best Alpha ever! He even promised that he would take me out to watch some soccer games with him" He said excitedly, revealing a dimple on his right cheek

"He is the best, isn't he?" I said softly with a sincere tone in my voice. I could feel Cole and the others' eyes on me.

He may treat me like crap but that doesn't mean he's not a great Alpha to his pack. I can see how great he is and why they respect him so much. They don't just respect him because they fear him, they respect him because he deserves to be respected. I looked at the right side of the field and saw plenty of his pack members training.

"What's the human doing here?" I heard a lady's voice say. I turn around and saw a beautiful girl who looked like a real life Barbie. Blonde hair with blue eyes, thin as a toothpick with huge boobs and the clothes that she was wearing even looked like something that a Barbie doll would wear-a baby blue Sunday dress.

"Annie" Lily said in a cold tone "She's with us and also because the Alpha said she's allowed to" Annie looked at me with disgust, scrunching her straight nose "Well I don't want to see her" Emma scoffs and gives her a glare "Who's asking? You can turn around now and go back to where you came from" Annie ignores them by focusing her gaze on me with a scowl on her face. I tried not to squirm under her gaze. I would be lying if I said I wasn't scared of her. If she was a human like me I wouldn't be scared of her but since she's a human that turns into a huge creature when pissed off, I think it would be better if I just shut my mouth. "I don't know who you are and why Grey wants to kill you so badly but I do hope he kills you infront of everybody" I froze when I heard her words enter my ears "Annie!" Cole yelled using a voice that was so full of authority it made everyone stiff but Annie quickly recovered and glares at me again "Let's just get one thing clear you pesky little human, Grey is my mate-"
