[COMPLETED] Kidnapped!

Chapter 11

It was little Sana's 10th birthday and to say the ceremony was grand was a huge understatement. The decorations, foods, cakes among others were extravagantly fancy and expensive. The party was that of a top notch elite, on par with a true royalty's.

At an early age, Sana learned that her father was an important public figure, hence there were a lot of guests attending her birthday celebration. Though she couldn't recognize most of their faces, all of them came up to greet her with some sort of present. Being her respectful self, the young girl politely thanked everyone with a bright smile. Her birthday was going great, the best part of all being that she got to be with her father once again. Though often too busy with his business, he's never missed any of his dear daughter's birthdays.

- "Sana-chan" - Sana's father smiled warmly at her. - "Are you having fun?"

- "Yes!" - She beamed happily and gave him a tight hug. - "Thank you so much!"

- "Anything for my little princess."

The father - daughter duo was having a sweet family moment when suddenly, everything turned completely black. Instantly, bodyguards rushed to Sana and her father's side, ready to protect them from potential harms.

- "Father, what..."

- "Hiroki, take Sana. Now." - The young girl's mouth slightly dropped in surprise. Her father's voice was distant yet urgent, unlike the calm and soothing tone he usually used with her.

- "Yes, sir." - A man wearing black suit bowed abruptly, picked Sana up then dashed out. Several other men also accompanied them, pushing all those clueless and worrisome guests out of the way.

- "Wait, where are you taking me? Why don't tou-san go with..."

She never got to finish her question as a loud, resounding noise cut her off. The deafening silence echoed for less than 5 seconds, before all hell officially broke loose.

Jungkook looked at the girl trembling in his arms, a weird feeling tugged at his insides. He didn't know exactly what happened to trigger such intense reaction from her, but the fear evident in her eyes was all too familiar.

Trauma.

Thus, he let her hide her face in his chest and though he was a bit annoyed that her tears wetted his suit, he allowed it. Jungkook was never the type to comfort others so he didn't know what to do other than hug and pat her back awkwardly.

Fortunately, the light returned soon enough. The wedding host apologized for the inconvenience and explained to them that the blackout was due to a terrible storm, which probably wouldn't pass until tomorrow.

- "Hey JK!"- Jungkook turned to see the newly-weds approaching. - "Stay here tonight. It's dangerous to go..." - The groom trailed off when he noticed his friend's date unusual behavior. - "Umm, is everything okay?"

Jungkook followed Yugyeom's gaze and stopped at Sana's disheveled appearance. Her hands were still clinging to his shirt, eyes puffy and skin paled visibly.

- "We'll leave now."

After checking the forecast, Jungkook decided to take Yugyeom's offer since the mansion was too far away. Not to mention, his date didn't seem like she's in a good condition to travel.

Jungkook was just playing with his phone when the door creaked open, revealing Sana with her hair down, bare face and dressed in a long pajama dress. Without fancy costumes and make-up, he still couldn't help but find her so enchanting.

- "Thank you for earlier." - Her gentle voice woke him from his trance. She seemed a bit better now, as the natural rosy color finally returned to her face and a small grateful smile adorned her lips. - "Sorry I ruined your vest."

- "...Rest." - He stood up, walked past her and closed the bathroom's door behind him. To outsiders, it might appear that he was just being his normal uncaring and rude self but in reality, he was actually... flustered. For one, it was rare for anyone to ever say "thank you" to him, much less give him a genuine smile of gratitude. For all his life, he's gotten used to hearing pleas, screams and tears but this... This was something he didn't know how to deal with.

'She's weird.' - Jungkook concluded and chose not to ponder on such pointless matter anymore. He put away his clothes and stepped into the shower. It was a long day and the dripping droplets eased him, erasing any remnant of fatigue.

When he's back in the room, Sana was already fast asleep. Looking at her angelic resting face, Jungkook couldn't help but sighed. Ever since this girl came to his life, he's been experiencing strange thoughts and feelings. He was physically attracted to her, that much was obvious. But honestly, the fore-mentioned excuse shouldn't be able to explain the exceptions he made for her thus far. She was the only female guest that stayed in his house overnight without bedding him, having left him hanging more than just once. As if messing around with his hormones, the moment he got his hands on her, things would just have to happen and let her slip away from his grasp. Though instead of wanting to give up like the other times, those incidents only fuelled his desire to claim her even more.

And this was indeed the perfect opportunity to do so.

She's right there in front of him, unguarded and alluring as ever. There was nobody to interrupt them, neither would she have any reason to deny him. Jungkook steadily got closer to the bed. The bathrobe gradually fell off his shoulders. Yes, taking her right then and there would be easy. Moreover, it might be the best way to solve all of his confusions. The odd sensation crawling inside of him whenever he saw her should cease. Her image should stop haunting his mind. And when he got bored eventually, she should be discarded. Like so, it would be effortlessly simple.

With his arms trapped on either side of her head, Sana's fresh, sweet scent filled his nose. She was even more beautiful up close, her inviting soft curves indicated that he was in for a great night ahead.

'This will be the last time.'

Jungkook grudgingly mumbled and dropped down, next to her. He pulled Sana snuggly to his body and gradually fell into a deep, peaceful slumber.

A/N: In case you're still confused. Yes, in the end Jungkook just hugged Sana and fell asleep. That guy knew she had a rough time and decided to let her of the hook. Perhaps he is secretly a softie lol.
