"I hope you won't treat her like your other... toys."

At the time, Jungkook was lying on his king-sized bed, deep in thought. As what Namjoon said once again echoed in his mind, Jungkook took a moment to look back at his relationship with Sana. It was true that her beauty was what first attracted him to her. Ever since his eyes fell on her, a crazed desire to claim her has been raging inside of him, begging to be released. By all means this wasn't the first time he felt lust toward someone, yet did he consider Sana just another toy?

Although he would love to play with her, tease her and have his way with her, Jungkook was aware that what he felt for Sana was different from any other girl. With her determination and courage, Sana earned his respect - something very few people managed to do. However, at the same time, no matter how strong-willed she appeared to be on the outside, Jungkook got a powerful urge to protect Sana because he also knew of her soft side - the Sana who was so kind-hearted, positive and bright.

'But look at how I treated her...'

Jungkook let out a dull bitter laugh. He was trying to take advantage of her, despite already been bound to a marriage contract. He couldn't promise her a future, but still selfishly yearned to keep her only for himself.

Yet, even then, he couldn't help it.

Just the notion of letting Sana go and be with another man made Jungkook's blood boil. He wouldn't stand for it, especially not when he could sense that she might feel the same. After all, why did she react so quickly when she saw he was in danger? Even Mingyu who was trained physically for years wasn't able to make it on time, but Sana was. That meant she probably had her eyes focused on him all along and paid close attention to his fight. If Sana didn't care for him at all, certainly she wouldn't have done that.

Jungkook tightened his fist. He had finally came to a conclusion. To hell with duties and whatnot, he wasn't going down without a fight.

Sure there was a lot at stake right then, but for Sana, Jungkook decided it would be worth it.

- "That's all?"

- "Yes."

- "Can I go now?" - The pretty brunette calmly asked.

- "Wait." - Jungkook quickly held onto her sleeve in order to prevent her from leaving.

- "Give me an answer first."

- "Alright. No."

- "Why?" - Jungkook's eyebrows furrowed in annoyance. - "Chou Tzuyu, you know neither of us give a damn about each other. I don't have any feelings for you, nor you do for me."

- "Since when did feelings matter?" - Tzuyu looked at him with a blank expression. - "Shouldn't it be all about business and responsibility?"

- "No, it shouldn't." - He let out a frustrated sigh. GD told him the same freakin' things. - "Anyway, I don't care if you want to keep living as the Chou's puppet, I'll make sure there won't be any wedding, not between you and me. Take this as an announcement."

That was Jungkook's final words before he stood up and left the coffee shop. Only Tzuyu remained with the untouched drinks on the table.

'Feelings huh?' - Tzuyu closed her eyes, a scene from the past replayed in her head, slowly like an old movie reel. Blood. Sweat. Tears. Madness. But she was numb to all. - 'Is there a need for something that would only bring pain? How foolish.'

Jungkook was heading to the hospital. It has been a long tiring day and the only thing he wanted right then was to spend some time with Sana. Her presence always had a way of putting him at ease. On the way, he stopped by a famous restaurant to buy Ganjang-gejang, as he noticed it seemed to be one of Sana's favorites when they ate together during their short vacation. Just when Jungkook was about to pay, his phone vibrated. What he saw next made his blood run cold.

"Sana isn't in the hospital."
