Jungkook had been going nonstop for 3 hours. It was past midnight, but he didn't give a damn. His hands were bleeding, but he didn't give a damn. His vision became blurry, but he didn't give a damn.

- "Stop punching the poor sandbag, Jungkook. You broke ten already!" - Mingyu was pushed away harshly when he tried to pull Jungkook away. That's when he saw tons of empty bottles of heavy alcohol in the corner. - "Dude, what's wrong with you? Are you trying to kill yourself?"

Suddenly, Jungkook froze for a moment then dropped to his knees.

- "Kill myself? Right. Maybe I should kill myself. That way I won't have to kill her." - He started laughing like a madman. Yet, his laugh was far from humorous. Instead, it was a mixture of uncontrollable anger, grief and sorrow. He sounded broken.

- "Jungkook..."

- "F*ck! Why does this hurt so much?" - Jungkook held onto his left chest, the maniac grin still plastered on his face. - "Maybe I'm really dying? Maybe I should kill her before I die so we could at least be buried next to each other. But wait, I'll be going to hell and she'll go to heaven. F*ck! No, I can't die then. She can't die too. I still want to spend more time with her. But no you dumbass, she's a Minatozaki! Who cares? Do I care? Yes, I do. I even made a promise back when I was young, ya know? That I'd make sure that cursed name disappear from the surface of Earth! Hahaha but if she marries me, she'll be Jeon Sana, not freakin Minatozaki! Jeon Sana... Cheonsa... It suits her so much because she's a literal angel. I hate angels, but I don't hate her. I CAN'T hate her, no matter how hard I try! F*ck! I actually like..."

Jungkook finally passed out in the middle of his long rant. From what Jungkook just said, Mingyu was finally be able to put the pieces together and figure out the reason behind Jungkook's recent strange behaviors. Even though they had been friends for almost ten years, Mingyu had never seen Jungkook so worked up because of anyone, much less a girl. He didn't get it to be honest. How long did Jungkook and Sana know each other? 1 month? 2 months? Regardless, he thought the time was too short for feelings to run this deep. Apparently, he was wrong.

Mingyu let out a deep sigh. There's a reason why he didn't want to get involved in any serious romantic relationship. People do so many stupid things when they're in love.

Mingyu took out his phone and quickly dialled a number.

- "Namjoon, come to our hideout and help me drag Jungkook home. He's drunk."

It's been more than a week since Sana returned to the mansion, yet she hadn't seen Jungkook at all. It was rather strange, because he had made it his habit to visit her at least once a day when she was still hospitalized. Sana mulled over the thought. But then again, she was the one who told him that whatever it was between them was over, so maybe this was him respecting her decision.

Then how came deep down inside she felt so... empty? As if something important was missing in her life?

Sana shook her head, trying to clear unwanted thoughts. Right, perhaps it was because after all these years, the truth finally came to light. At first, Sana couldn't help but doubt GD's words but after thinking the situation over and over, she failed to see any reason why he'd go through the troubles of lying to her. If he wanted, he could easily kill her with a snap of his finger right? It couldn't be because of Jungkook neither. From the brief interaction between them, she could sense that GD held a lot of power over Jungkook. After all, the fact that Jungkook - who was usually wild and hella bent on having his own way -  agreed to get married for business purposes was enough proof. If GD could even convince Jungkook to do such a thing, surely getting rid of one of his "playmates" would be a piece of cake to him. Albeit Jungkook might fume for awhile, Sana figured he'd eventually forget about her and forgive GD anyway.

Knock knock!

Sana got off the soft bed to open the door. It was Eunbi, one of her co-workers.

- "Minatozaki sama, I'm here to serve your meal."

Sama - the most formal honorific suffix in Japanese. When her father was still alive, others used to attach it to her name too. But time passed and people changed. Now, Sana felt uncomfortable being addressed like that.

- "Eunbi, there's no need to be so prim and proper around me. Just call me Sana."

- "I apologize." - Eunbi bowed politely. - "This is Master Kwon's order."

Right, everyone who worked in this huge mansion probably considered GD's order to be absolute. There's no point in trying to tell them to do otherwise.

- "Alright. Come in." - Sana sighed and made way for Eunbi to enter the room. Eunbi carefully set the table for her and excused herself.

Sana sat down and stared at the fancily plated dishes in front of her. It reminded her of her past life and brought back so many bittersweet memories.

'Well, I shouldn't let good food go to waste.' - Her lips curled up into a small smile, despite the silent tears streaming down her face. Piece by piece, she ate and ate...

Until her consciousness slipped away, yet again.
