Sana didn't know what to do. For one, she just made it clear with Jungkook that she didn't want to get involved in his affair so kissing him was definitely out of question. On the other hand, while there was also that incident with Taehyung, the last thing she needed right then was the drama which might follow lest anyone else know about it. Besides, if the way Jungkook reacted after seeing her with Taehyung earlier was of any indication, Sana doubt kissing Taehyung in front of him would be a good idea.

- "Come on. Why are you taking so long?" - Yeri rolled her eyes. - "It's just a kiss. What are you afraid of?"

Sana was running out of options. Should she lie? Perhaps tell them it was mistake and she only drank in the previous round because she was thirsty? Although it might not clear the suspicion, at least there was a chance they'd drop the subject...

- "That's enough." - A deep voice calmly spoke up. It seemed like Taehyung had sensed Sana's discomfort and spoke up. - "Yeri, drop it."

As usual, his neutral expression was hard to read. However, the fact that the normally standoffish prince came to Sana's rescue was enough for Yeri to confirm her theory. It was likely that something happened between these two.

- "Fine, I'll change the dare.." - Yeri pouted. Now that she got it figured out, there was no need to push further. After all, it wouldn't do her any good to go against Taehyung. - "How about..."

- "MOVE AWAY FROM THE DOOR!" - Jungkook's sudden alert startled everyone. Despite the confusion, they followed his instruction, just right on time before the glass door was smashed into thousands of pieces. Luckily, nobody got injured.

- "Damn it." - Jungkook swore when he saw several moving shadows not very far from there. - "We are trapped."

- "What should we do?" - Mingyu quickly grabbed a nearby kitchen knife. Even though he knew Jungkook was one hell of a fighter and he himself wasn't to be taken lightly, the fact that they were outnumbered and the rest of their group couldn't fight put them at a great disadvantage.

- "All of you, go hide under the table." - Jungkook's gaze lingered on Sana a bit before drifting to Mingyu. - "You stay here and protect them. I'll handle it."

- "But..."

- "Just do it." - Jungkook cut off any protest and turned away. - "I'm counting on you."

Mingyu reluctantly nodded. The others, knowing that they wouldn't be of any help when it comes to fighting, had no choice but to comply.

Right then, 10 mysterious individuals showed up. They were dressed in black clothes from head to toe and their faces hidden behind masks.

- "What do you want?" - Jungkook calmly asked, while secretly gauging their skills with his eyes.

- "I want you to come with us." - One of them spoke up. His voice was distorted by some sort of device, Jungkook noted. Considering the length they went to conceal their identities, it was pretty clear that these guys were professional assassins. But why were they after him? He didn't remember making any enemy lately.

Jungkook smirked. As if he'd let them capture him that easily.

- "Nah, I'll pass."

In an instant, Jungkook took the initiative by attacking the opening. He successfully splitted them up and quickly punched a guy hard in his guts. While he's still down, Jungkook quickly stole his katana and used it to fence off the rest. At the beginning, it seemed like Jungkook was having the upper hand. Unfortunately, this didn't last very long. His opponents proved to be much tougher than expected and thus, the table was turned. Even though Jungkook could hold his ground against them, it was hard for him to actually take them down. These guys worked very well as a team and continuously attacked Jungkook from various angles. Eventually, they managed to corner him. Slowly but surely, more and more wounds started to appear on his body. Nonetheless, Jungkook kept on going. His pride as a fighter prevented him from surrendering, no matter how unfavourable the situation was.

- "BEHIND YOU!" - Mingyu's warning alerted Jungkook of the threat, but the assassins in front of him attacked so aggressively that he barely had time to look back. When he did however, a sharp knife was already less than 1 cm away from piercing his stomach.

Yet, before it could graze his skin, a force pushed him out of the way. Jungkook's eyes widened.

Blood.

For a few seconds, it felt as if his heart momentarily stopped beating.

The katana dropped from his shaking hand.

- "SANA!!!"
