Jesse looks at the door. "I'm sorry mother, but this is something I have to do.." Jesse whispers to herself as she stands on the railing. Her straight hair blows slightly in the breeze. "Jesse, let me in on the count of 3! 1... 2..." Luna starts to kick the door. "3." Jesse says as she jumps off of the balcony. The wind blows against her face as she reaches her hands out. Her skin scrapes against the tree bark as she grabs the branch. "Ow..!" She hisses. Just as she gets into the tree, her mother kicks the door open. Jesse climbs into the trees and holds her breathe, hoping nothing will find her. At first, Luna looks around, half expecting to see Jesse on her soft bed, or looking at her dresser mirror but the room is completely empty. All the remains of the princess is a indent in the bed of where she was laying down. "JESSICA!!!" Luna shouts on the top of her lungs. Jesse gulps and hugs the tree, tightly.
Luna storms back out and her iris go purple. "She will not escape this kingdom, or me." She growls to herself and her eyes go completely purple. She casts an evil spell over the land. The spell makes sure that anything and everything that can run or walk will attack and stop the princess.
Jesse gulps before jumping out of the tree. She hands on her knees, which hurts her a little but she instantly gets up. With only a dress on, and no shoes, Jesse runs as fast as she can. Each rock she stepped on brought a strike of affliction but she kept on going. Avoiding the village, she takes the long rout out of the kingdom. That was a huge mistake though because the first thing she runs into is the strongest man in the village.
Tossing and turning. Moving around in bed. Unable to sleep. Lukas lets out a low and deep grumble of defeat. His blonde hair is in front of his diamond blue eyes as he opens them. He was fine just a few minutes ago but then, suddenly, his body wouldn't let him sleep. "Fine... you win, body. You win." Lukas sighs and sits up. He is only in a pair of dress pants that are dark blue. 'This is strange. I was fine just a few moments ago. Maybe I short palace stroll will help.' The blonde thinks as he gets up and puts on a button up shirt. He goes to his door but something stopped him. A cold breeze blows against his arm. His head turns slightly and he looks toward his balcony. "Heh. Last time I was there and smiling is when Jesse told me yes. Why were we so impatient..." He looks at his feet and walks over to his bedroom balcony. The breeze blows on his face, only waking him up more. His eyes shift around, looking at the night sky and everything below the balcony. He looks at the sky, one last time. "Oh Jesse... You never fail to amaze me with the moons beauty." He blushes and smiles to himself. Before he can do anything else, there is a yell at the front gate. "Let me go!!! I need to talk to the royals!!!" And the only response Lukas can hear is, "The royals won't wanna see a filthy night like you!" His blue eyes widen. 'Jesse!'
