Chapter 21

The birds chirp and the sun shines into the princes room. Lukas opens his eyes and blinks. The first thing he sees is Jesse's pure black hair. 'She's actually here... I thought this was all just a dream.' Lukas sits up and rubs his eyes. Jesse takes a deep breathe in and hums a little in her sleep. A smile is on her lips. The blonde slowly leans over and softly kisses her head. Jesse opens her green eyes. "Ev... Morning..." She yawned and she sits up. "Good morning Jesse, how did you sleep?" Lukas grins and his arms wrap around her. The girls face presses against his bare muscular chest. 'OhmygoshOhmygoshOhmygoshOhmygosh' Jesse turns red and Lukas holds her close. After a minute, Jesse pulls away. "I slept... Um... Lukas, I can't lie. Not to you. I really don't know... All I could dream about was my m-- Luna." Lukas looks at Jesse and rubs her cut cheek. "Lets not think about that stuff... Now, I promised you a tour of my kingdom and that is what your gonna get!"

Jesse looks at Lukas, raising an eyebrow. "When did you... get so enthusiastic?" She yawns and stands up. She is only in his shirt. "Um... What am I gonna wear? My dress is basically garbage and I don't think its appropriate for anyone to wear only a shirt." Lukas laughs and they both look at each other. Lukas smirks, "I think you look good in that shirt." He grins and she covers her face. "Alright. We will get you a new outfit."

After getting washed up, getting their hair done and getting a new outfit for Jesse, Lukas waits for her at the kingdom gates. Jesse walks out to him in a pair of dark blue overalls and a black shirt underneath. Her hair is tied into a pony tail, allowing the sun to shine on her pale skin. Lukas starts blushing like an idiot then he walks closer to her.
"You look amazing... Jesse, I--" Lukas gets cut off.
"Hey Lukas! ...who's your friend?" A male voice asks as three people walk over. Maya, Aiden and Gill.
"You know exactly who she is." Lukas pulls Jesse behind him out of habit.
"Um no... We don't." Gill looks at Lukas then the pale girl.
"Last time he saw me... Lukas and I got separated for t-three years." Jesse whispers, while pointing at Aiden.
"Woah woah woah... Jesse?" Maya move Lukas out of the way.
"Hello Maya." Jesse bites her lip and Maya squeals. "LUKESSE IS COMING TRUE!!!"
"Lukesse?" Lukas raises an eyebrow.
"I'LL TELL YOU LATER!" She grins. Aiden and Gill pull Lukas aside.
"YOU BROUGHT A NIGHT TO THE DAY KINGDOM?!" Gill shouts.
"Well... Actually, She came here." Lukas states.
"I'M TELLING YOUR MOM!" Aiden yells as he runs into the castle.
Lukas cups his hands around his mouth, "HOW OLD ARE YOU?!?!"

After a LONG day of touring the day kingdom, Lukas brings Jesse back to the castle. "Hey Lukas?" Jesse yawns. "Hm?" Lukas looks over at her. "We have been separated for three years and... I think it's best if we are f-friends... just for now." Lukas' heart drops but at the same time, he could understand.

A) "Don't worry, Jesse! I completely understand."
B) "J-Just friends? But Jesse, we are finally together again... We could be more..."
