People start to come out of their houses as Jesse and the creature share their psychic connection. James pulls on Jesses hand and she looks down at the small boy. "Jesse, is that monster bad?" He looks up at the night terror. "Monster? This is no monster! This is my friend." Jesse grins widely and James looks up at the black horse like creature, "um... Hi Jesse's friend. I'm James"
More people start to come out and surround Jesse and the night terror. "James! My baby!" James' mother says as she hugs her small son. James grumbles in annoyance, "Mooom!!! I'm not a babyyy!" Hails slowly walks up to Jesse, with amazement in her eyes. As she goes to say something, Lukas runs over. He picks up Jesse by the waist and smiles as he spins her a little. "That was amazing!" He beams as Jesse starts to slowly turn red. "Pfft... Wasn't THAT amazing" Someone says. The voices sounded.... familiar. "Olivia?" Jesse pushes through the crowds of people. When everyone starts to realize Jesse needs to get through, they all parted like the red sea. Lukas stays by Jesse. Jesse looks at the girl who said that, and her suspicions were correct. "What are YOU doing here Olivia? You belong in the night kingdom."
Olivia looks at Jesse, with her cocoa eyes, "Jesse, its not safe at the night kingdom anymore"
"...I noticed when everyone tried to kill me!" Jesse growls.
"You don't get it! Not only is it not safe for you, its not safe for ANY of the night kingdom!" Paleness splashes on Olivias face from fear, "Jesse your mother is put of control."
"Oh, I'm sorry but as far as Luna is concerned, I'm not her daughter. Petra is."
"Jesse, the night you ran away, the queen was going to apologize and cancel her plans but you just had to be the stubborn headed girl and run away!" Olivia snaps. Jesse just crosses her arms.
"Yeah, I ran away! Maybe I felt I had to because I didn't feel at home! Maybe I had to because I realized my real place was with the ones I loved and the ones who loved me!!" The girls continue to fight and people start to back up in fear as Jesses eyes turn purple and her hands turn black. The moon starts to raise as the sky darkens. Lukas gulps before grabbing Jesse, "calm down!" He says loudly. Olivia watches in anger as she backs away into the nearby forest. Jesse's eyes go green and her hands go back to their natural pale color. The sky goes blue and the moon lowers. Before anymore words could be said, king sean comes over to Jesse with a flustered face and angry eyes, "Jesse. We need to talk"
