⋈ ⋈ ⋈ ⋈ ⋈After a full week, the rough waters never settled. In fact, time away from confronting their issues fueled their anger even further.
Today was the first table read of season two, so tensions were no doubt high. A silence had fallen over the majority of the cast, no more lighthearted chats or playful jokes. It was as if everyone was at each other's throats and had taken sides. Malia refused to talk to Stiles and Isaac. Scott wasn't speaking to Stiles along with Lydia and Jackson. In addition, Allison wasn't on speaking terms with Lydia since she kissed Scott and Lydia knew that she liked him still. So once the entire Hale clan and the other cast members sat down to get started, it became unbearable.
Here they were acting like immature children, muttering insults under their breath, sharing dirty looks, and the worst part, criticizing each other. Suddenly a long tirade of bickering erupted after Allison lost her cool over Scott making a discreet move to hold Allison's hand. She yanked it away, looking at him with disgust. "So now you want to get close to me? What happened to Lydia? Didn't want to be her rebound?"
Lydia stood up, defensively speaking up for Scott. "Allison, for the eighth billion time, I was drunk and it's not his fault!"
Jackson placed his arm around her waist protectively as he pointed an accusatory finger at Stiles. "It's not her fault either! It's Stilinski's for cheating on her!"
"I didn't cheat on her," Stiles protested. "If anything she cheated on me with you, Scott, and Isaac! There were pictures!"
"Delusional," Jackson scoffed at Stiles' accusations.
"You're ridiculous, Stiles! The only person who cheated in this room is you after you put your lips on my sister whilst you were dating both of us?" Malia attacked, pointing at herself and Lydia.
"You guys never let me explain my side of things!" Stiles sighed in frustration. He brushed his hands down his rosy cheeks, annoyed that they wouldn't listen. "If you knew then things would be different!"
"There is no "your side" of things. The fact is that you're a cheater simple as that!" Lydia yelled.
"I didn't cheat on you, Lydia!" Stiles raked his fingers through his hair and was ready to unleash his rage on the entire room. No one was listening to him, making him aggravated about the entire situation. After some hard thinking, he realized it wasn't his fault. If anything he felt that Lydia was in the wrong for kissing his best friend in spite of him.
"There is video-freaking proof!" Jackson fought back.
"That only skims the surface of the whole story!" Stiles explained.
"I don't want to hear it!" Lydia said, placing her hands firmly on her hips.
"Cheaters like you get what they deserve!" Malia exclaimed.
"How about heartbreakers? Do they get what they deserve too because you ended this thing we had before we even started?" Isaac joined in.
"Isaac, we didn't want the same things. I can't be who you want me to be, so we're better off just ending it." Malia reasoned.
Then Allison chimed in, connecting her problems to Malia's and Isaac's. "You never told me why you ended things with us?"
"We're doing this now?" Scott was taken off guard as Allison ambushed him with problems that he didn't even know existed between them.
