Lydia exited the SUV, with Noah's officers following her from behind. Her face fell as Noah wallowed towards her, both looking defeated. Lydia started to tear up, throwing her arm across her face to serve as a blockade against her tears. However, her arm was no match for her devastation as she saturated her sweater with her tears. Noah placed his gun back into his holster before he began to cradle his son's shattered wife in his arms.

Noah was back on the road again with Lydia, returning to LA. They had informed Lydia's friends of the failure to bring Stiles home.
Noah was keeping a secret from Lydia. He was withholding information in order to save his daughter-in-law from further pain as there were evident signs to speculate that at some point in time, someone had been at the recently searched premise of Mountain Ranch not long ago. For example, there was the trip wire that served as a warning, what appeared to be fresh blood on the basement floor, and a half-filled gallon of milk, two weeks before its expiration date in the fridge. If he had told Lydia, she would've been a ticking-time-bomb as she would have to live with the fact that they were too late. Instead, he and his team members were the ones who would carry the burden.
Meanwhile, Lydia was resting in the back seat, her head draped over the headrest. Her mind was replaying three fond memories of Stiles.

After Parrish and Jennifer wiggled their way out of the young couple's lives, they returned to reality-where they were now actually together but still under contract with the arrangement hanging over their heads. By the time Halloween appeared on their calendar's, they decided to celebrate by attending Matthew Morrison's annual costume party.
They were currently binge watching Game of Thrones together, so it seemed like the perfect idea for them to go as a couple's costume. Lydia to go as Daenerys Targaryen, Mother of Dragons and Stiles to be the former member of the Night's Watch, Jon Snow.

After a few hours of preparation for the event, they arrived at the party. They conversed mainly with Scott, who was dressed as a werewolf and Allison as red riding with a bow. They hadn't planned to show up with similar costume themes, nonetheless, they did. Malia was Louise from Bob's Burgers, Isaac dressed up as 2010 Justin Beiber, and Jackson showed up as It with his date Danny Maehleni, who went as a frat boy.
For most of the event, the Ropepoint gang was like a clique only associating with one another. The group played some Halloween themed drinking games with Cora and her current girlfriend, Kira. Cora dressed up as the typical Beverly Hills wild child, while Kira was an adorable bunny.
When the games became a bore, Stiles and Lydia shuffled onto the dance floor. The Beast and The Beta were the frontliners at the club, spitting out electronic rap tracks left and right, setting the sexy ambiance for the couple.
