⋈ ⋈ ⋈ ⋈ ⋈The only scene of Ropepoint that still hadn't been filmed was the epic reunion scene between Landon and Danielle. A lot had changed for the characters since the pilot. For example, Gia and Matt were almost together, but not quite. Kyle and Danielle had developed a relationship. Emily and Vince were nothing more than the best of friends, and Landon had moved away from the small town of Ropepoint, Oregon to Seattle with his dad. Nothing was simple for the teenagers with all of their unresolved relationship issues, proving to make for great entertainment.
After weeks of flirting with one another on-and-off set in front of the cast and crew, this would be the first moment between the two actors that they had to kiss one another. It would be not only their first kiss on screen with one another but their first kiss in real life. The situation was even more uncomfortable because the crew would be watching the kiss and it was going to be televised in the near future. All the actors except for Lydia and Stiles had wrapped up their scenes for the season, but some showed up to set on Tuesday just to see if this would lead to their fellow co-stars to become romantically involved.
It was around eight o'clock in the morning when Lydia and Stiles came out of their trailers. Lydia was wearing a dark magenta tank-top with a charcoal gray cardigan sweater, a dark purple checkered raincoat, a pair of black skinny jeans, and a pair of plum rain-boots. Her hair was in long waves, the ends were curled and practically bounced as Lydia entered the sound-stage.
She spotted Stiles sitting in his director styled chair plastered with his name, listening to his music-his normal routine before he acted in a scene. Lydia took a seat next to him in her chair and began to flip through pages in the script, mumbling her lines incoherently to herself. Stiles noticed what Lydia was doing so he took out his earbuds and asked, "do you want to rehearse?"
Lydia closed her script and arched a brow. "I thought you didn't rehearse," she replied.
"And I thought... and I thought," she smirked at the fact that he wasn't quick on his comeback. "Do you want to rehearse or not?" He asked her, slightly annoyed that he couldn't think of anything to say in response.
Lydia nodded and they began to read over their lines.
Once they got to the moment in the script that could be considered life-changing for their characters, they concluded since it was too awkward for them to act without discussing it with one another.
"So that scene that we do what are your thoughts on going about that?" Lydia nervously asked, biting the corner of her lip. Lydia was avoiding the mention of it as if she was in elementary school afraid that he would spread his cooties.
"Pop a few breath mints in your mouth and your good to go," Lydia nudged her shoulder into his side, causing Stiles to laugh. "I was only kidding, but in case you were wondering, my favorite flavor is cinnamon." He smirked at his comment.
"Whatever," Lydia retorted. "No, but seriously, how forceful are you?" She asked humorlessly. She felt like she had shrunk four sizes, once he attempted to hide a chuckle, but failed.
"Forceful? Oh, Lyds, you're cracking me up today!" Stiles clutched onto his sides as he roared into a fit of laughter.
"It's not even that funny, Stilinski. Just answer the damn question!" Lydia demanded, playfully slapping him.
"Fine. In all honesty, I have mastered this skill. I use just the right amount of force and gentleness according to my clients," he informed her.
"Your clients?" Lydia scoffed, bemused by the idea.
