Chapter 4: Brandon

"Wait did you say Alanna Holt?" Nathan asked.

"Yes, my name is Alanna Holt. Is there a problem?"

"No, no problem at all."

"What's wrong?" I whispered to Nathan.

He took out his phone and wrote something on it. The message said, We have to go. Now "There's nothing wrong don't worry."

"Ok..."

"Well lets go pay for our meal" he told me.

We payed at the cashier and we left. Once we got outside we ran with our vampire speed to the park.

"Who was that?" I asked.

"Are your parents home?"

"Yea why?"

"Lets go."

"Wait, tell me why" I exclaimed.

"I will when we're safe."

"Nathan wait!" I exclaimed as I ran to catch up to him.

We got to my house and ran inside. Nathan had a look on his face that looked like there was trouble going on.

"What's wrong Nathan?" my dad asked.

"Alanna's back"

"Ok" I interrupted. "Can someone please tell me what's going on here? I met someone in the diner big deal, why is everyone so panicky?"

"Jasmine" my dad started to explain. "When you were younger someone came to your mother, Nathan and his mother and you at the park and took you away. You were only seven human years at that time. The person who took you was Alanna Holt. Once we found you and got you back she captured you again when you were twelve. We knew we weren't safe here so we moved to Springfield."

"So when I was a kid Alanna stole me twice? Why?"

"Yes, she knew we were royal blood but she wanted it all to herself, all she ever wanted was power. She was willing to do whatever it took to have power so she took you and threatened to kill you if we didn't give up our place as king and queen. That's when we knew we had move away, so you and the royal blood was safe." My mom said.

"Wow. I really wish you would've told me this before but I understand now."

"Please sweetie, if you ever encounter Alanna again tell us" my mom told me, she looked worried. "We don't want you to get hurt."

"Don't worry mom, I promise to tell you if I ever see her again."

It was dinner time and we went next door to my grandparents. My parents and my grandparents talked the whole time about Alanna returning. I just sat there eating my dinner and stayed quiet.

"Daddy" I sort of interrupted.

"Yes Jasmine?"

"Would it be ok if I went to the club with Lilly tonight to get a 'special drink'?"

He knew I was talking about drinking blood from someone so he nodded yes and the adults went back to talking about Alanna.

It was 6:15 so I started to get ready. I decided I would wear a red, one strap dress with black heels. I put my hair up into a half-up-half-down ponytail. By the time I was ready It was 6:50 so I decided I would head to the park a little early.

I got to the park and Lilly was already there.

"Lets go" she said as we walked to the club.

As we got to the club music was already blasting and people were having a great time.
