I woke up the next morning at around 5:30. I went to my closet and put on a light blue cami, a black skirt and a pair of knee high black boots. I went downstairs and got some cereal to eat. As I entered the kitchen, someone was sitting on the counter.

"Hello deary" Alanna said

"What do you want?" I said putting flames in my hand to kill her right away.

"No need for the fire. I just came to talk"

"What do you have to talk about."

"Who do you love?" She said maniacally.

I was about to blurt out that I love Nathan, but then I realized that whoever I say, she might kill. I then remembered Sam. If she tried to kill him, he could fight back because he was the other saviour. "I love Sam" I finally said. My eyes didn't turn pink. Hopefully she doesn't know about that.

"Sam, hmm?" She thought for a bit. "No! It can't be. I killed him."

"He faked his death, to train the next saviour to be better. And finally defeat you!"

Alanna hissed and then had a smile on her face. "Tell you what, come back to the park at noon and we'll have our battle. Just you and me. If you lose, I get the throne and humans are mine to control."

I was about to open my mouth to say something, when she disappeared. I went back to getting my cereal and sat down on the couch. I grabbed the remote and turned on the tv. As I ate, Brandon came downstairs. He went to the kitchen to get himself some cereal and came and sat beside me on the couch.

"You going at noon?" he asked me as he ate his cereal.

"I never agreed to it."

Brandon and I sat on the couch and watched tv until seven. I decided, since I still had five hours until noon, I would go to the clearing and practice. I got to the clearing and Leo was standing there with Nick. I walked towards them.

"Hey guys. What's up?" I said. I looked at them and saw a lot more wolves come up behind them. There were around thirty. Then I remembered about the battle between me and Alanna only. "I have to tell you something. Alanna came into the house this morning and said it was just going to be us battling. Not anyone else." I said a little sorry that he had brought his pack all the way out here.

Nick looked back at his pack with a look that said go back. They all fled and he looked back at me. "Leo and I will be back at eleven." He smiled.

I smiled back and went back to practicing. I didn't know where Sam was. I put my hands in like I was holding an invisible ball and concentrated my energy. I had to get the white energy orb again. The first try I got the yellow orb. Before I tried again, I decided to put a face on a tree nearby to practice my accuracy.

I went over to the tree and remembered I hadn't attached my dagger to me. I went back home with and with my speed, grabbed the dagger and belt with it and went back to the clearing. I attached the belt around my waist, so the dagger and pouch hung on my right side. I took out the dagger a carved a face into the tree.

I then stepped back and put my hands in position again. I focused my energy once more and floating between my hands was the white energy orb. I couldn't control this one like I could with the aqua. This one was all on accuracy. I pushed my hands towards the tree and it went completely past. I put my hands back and tried again. I pushed my hands forward again and completely missed the tree again.

"Ugh" I mumbled. "Why won't you cooperate with me" I spoke to the white orb floating between my hands.

I kept trying and trying, but I still couldn't aim it right. I was getting annoyed, my eyes turned purple. I wasn't conscious of what I was doing. My hands went back into position and the white orb appeared again. This time I pushed my hands up to the sky in annoyance and let the orb fly.

It got a little past the tree tops when the white orb turned into a ball of fire. I exploded a little and little bits of fire were headed straight for me. They were coming at around 70mph at me. I didn't have time to create a barrier around me.

Is this is? Is this how I die? I thought to myself. I crouched down putting my hands covering my head. I was about to be incinerated when suddenly something blocked and killed off the fire balls. I looked up and looked around. In the tree I had carved the face onto, there was Sam, standing on a tree branch casting a barrier around me.

He came towards me a little angry. Sam grabbed the top half of my arm tightly. "You need to be more careful" He scolded me. "Next time you want to go and practice, you call me first" He said with a mad tone in his voice. I was scared and my eyes turned orange.

"I-I-I'm sorry. I-I just wanted to get my aim right for my battle with Alanna at noon. I'm battling her myself. No on else to help me."

He loosened his grip and let go of my arm. "Now come on, lets get practicing."

I was still a little scared from Sam yelling at me, so my eyes were still orange. I went back to practicing and I tried and tried again to get my accuracy straight.

"You can throw a ball straight, right?" Sam asked me before I shot the next orb.

"Yeah, why?"

"Instead of pushing your hands forwards, try bringing you one hand back and throw it like a baseball." He said for advice.

I tried what he said to do. I had a white energy orb floating between my hands. I put back my left hand from the bottom and put my right hand back, as if I was getting ready to throw a ball.
