Chapter 25: Dad wakes up

"Hey, hey, calm down, it's alright. Tell me what happened." Nick said waking up to hearing me scream.

I explained to him my dream and then I remembered the shadow looked exactly like the one in my dream, or should I say nightmare. Nick came over to me and hugged me.

He let go of me and sat back a little bit. "What's this?" he asked lifting my half black, half sky blue streak in my hair.

"Alanna turned me evil. And once Nathan, that's my boyfriend, once he kissed me he turned me back and that's how I got the black. I was turned evil again after I got this." I held up my necklace. "Brandon, my brother, gave me this. "It was a trap, but after I turned evil Alanna took the necklace from me and I couldn't help but see what it was. When Brandon gave it to me he said it was so I would never forget who my family was." I pointed to the letters. "Justin, my dad Natalie, my mom, Brandon and Jasmine. It was family love. That's how I got the half blue" I explained.

"Wow, what a journey you went through." He said smiling at me. "We will wait until Leo wakes up, then we'll head out."

Since Leo was probably going to sleep for about an hour more, I figured I would fly around. I quickly jump and fly to the treetops. I can still see the ground below and Nick with sleeping Leo. Nick looked up and saw me. I smiled with a little giggle and he smiled back. I flew in circles around him and he kept spinning to watch me. I then go down in with the trees and sit on a fairly thick branch. I rested my back up against the tree trunk and put my left foot on the branch with my right leg hanging down and me looking to my right at Nick.

"I didn't know vampires could fly" he said up at me.

"I didn't either until Nathan showed me. I couldn't get the hang of it at first, but after I turned back to good after the first time if being evil, I could fly perfectly." I said back. "I kinda like flying"

"Nyah" Leo said waking up and stretching.

He started falling back to sleep, but I held out my hand and a sphere if water was floating above it. I then aimed it at Leo to wake him up fully. He growled at us, but Nick and I just laughed. He soon joined us with laughing.

"You're just a troublemaker aren't you?" Leo said to me jokingly.

"Maybe a little" I said laughing a little.

Nick and Leo were talking with each other and my phone buzzed in my pocket. I got it out and Nathan was calling me. I answered it quickly, needing to hear his voice.

"Nathan!" I almost screamed.

"Jasmine! I've missed you so much. Where are you?"

"Heading back to Parkview with Nick and Leo."

"Wait who are they?"

"They're werewolves."

"Jasmine! You know if you get bit by them then you'll turn human again."

"No I won't"

"What do you mean?"

"I already got bit by Leo. Twice."

"What!?"

"Before you freak out. I'm still a vampire." I looked over at Nick and he gave me a look saying 'it's time to go'. "Listen Nathan, I need to go. I'll be in Parkview soon. Promise."

I hung up the phone and put it in my pocket. I then stood up on the branch and floated down to the ground. We started walking back to Parkview. As we were walking I still had the thought of Brandon and Nathan in my head. It was like I couldn't get rid of it.

"Here we are." Nick said.

I looked ahead and there it was. I was back at Parkview. We kept walking and ended up at my house. As we went inside, my mom was at the store to get food for making lunch, Brandon was upstairs and Nathan was sitting in the living room.

I went to the living room and I saw Nathan sitting on the couch. He stood up and I went over to him quickly hugging his neck as he put his arms around my waist.

"I missed you" he said.

"It's been two days" I joked.

Brandon came downstairs and I looked over to see him. I went and hugged him then I looked over at Nick and Leo and introduced them to Brandon and Nathan.

"Wait a minute here. Nick and Leo?" Brandon asked.

"That's our names." Leo said trying not to be mean.

"I know you guys. Leo, you trained Nick to become alpha. And Leo, you were the one who marked me"

"So I did" Leo actually smiled. "Glad to see you again Brandon"

"Wait a minute." I interrupted. "you know Brandon?"

"Yes." Leo started. "I found him wandering in the woods in our territory. He seemed helpless, since he was just turned into a vampire recently. I have a special thing where I can tell when vampires were turned. Like you were just turned last year."

"Wow that's awesome that you have that." I said.

"Anyway," Leo continued "I marked him so he wouldn't be hurt by werewolves."

"When I first ran away I ran into the forest. I kept running and found a house." Brandon said.

"The one I was put at by Alanna?" I asked

"Yes. There has been many people who have lived there, but the real owner is Alanna."

I gasped and thought if the perfect plan. "I. Have. The perfect. Idea" I said. "what if we go into the house at night and attack Alanna while she's asleep. I'll go especially, since I'm the saviour."

"Sorry to say this, but you're plan isn't exactly good" Nick said. "We don't even know if Alanna will be in her house and don't forget, she is a vampire so she has very strong senses. You should know this especially. She could probably sense you from when you enter the house."

"Not really a great plan, but hold up. My sister is the saviour?" Brandon asked surprised.

"Oh yeah I forgot to tell you that." I said. "We found it out in the woods. When I first encountered Nick, he told me I have an unnatural glowing aura. Leo then came up behind me and bit my waist. Then once I mentioned Alanna, after I tried to escape Leo, after he told me to wait, Nick knew right away that I was the saviour. That's when Nick marked me, then Leo came up behind me again and bit my wrist." I explained.

"You mean to tell me you bit my sister?" Brandon said raising his voice a little bit at Leo.

"Now, now, don't get mad. I she was on our territory. I didn't know. The second time however, I was a little pissed that she didn't wait, so I bit her, I didn't know she was marked." Leo explained. "Besides, she is still a vampire"

We kept talking and my mom came in carrying a Walmart bag with food. She heard us and came into the living room seeing I was back. She put the bag down and came to hug me.

Upstairs my dad still wasn't waking up. He still has his vampire senses, so he knew when I was captured and he could hear me talking. As soon as he heard my voice, his eyes opened in a flash. He stayed in bed for a minute the got up slowly. He almost fell walking, but was fine after he got through the door.

He came downstairs and as I was talking with the others, I turned my head and saw him at the bottom if the stairs.

"Daddy!" I almost yelled. "You're awake!" I ran over and hugged him.

As I was hugging him, the others looked at me. The rest of my black streak was turning blue. My streak was fully blue and Alanna or anyone else, can never turn me evil again.
