Chapter 36: Lose in love
"Okay ka na?" He asked while stroking my back. We are now sitting on our sofa in the living room after the intense scene that happened about an hour ago.
I just nodded and smile. "Ikaw? Ano palang nangyari diyan sa labi mo?" tanong ko sa kanya.
"Ah..It's nothing." He answered avoiding my gaze.
"Is it because of your father?" Hindi siya kumibo pero alam kong tama ang hinala ko.
"Wait lang, gamutin muna natin yan, kuhanin ko lang ang first aid kit." paalam ko sa kanya.
When I got back he's leaning against the sofa, with his eyes closed. For a moment I thought he fall asleep. But he flinched when I touched his shoulder.
"You look..exhausted." I touched his cheek but he caught it and pressed it against his lips.
"Don't worry about me. I'm just tired." He said and smiled weakly.
"Alright, I'll let you rest pero we need to get you treated first. Okay?" I said.
I leaned closer to him so that I will clearly see and put the cream on the corner of his lips where his cut were.
He winced and caught my hand that has the cream. I gasped at the close proximity, He stared at me with his dark eyes. He encircle his arms around my waist and leaned slowly until we were a few inches apart and-
Someone knocked on our door and I automatically pulled myself away from him and walk straightly to the threshold of our house to open the door.
"Hi! besprend." she greeted me with a wide grin.
"Erin. Anong ginagawa mo dito?" I questioned her.
"Bakit? Hindi na ba ako pwedeng pumunta dito?" she answered as she walked past me but stopped when she notice Kenzo sitting on the sofa.
"Oh! Kaya pala feeling ko I'm not welcome today. Nakaistorbo ba ako sa inyo lovebirds?" she said in a teasing tone.
Kenzo smiled playfully on me. I cleared my throat and turned back to Erin.
