i follow shep to the boarder between Tonbarun and Clarines, when we reach the boarder crossing i motion for Shep to follow and head down a road close to the crossing. after i can no longer see the crossing i walk right into the forest that is on the boarder of the two kingdoms, Shep hot on my heels as he searches for any trace of Shirayuki.
"locate her yet?" i ask as we are walking back in the direcion of the boarder crossing because knowing her she would most likely stick to the roads due to not knowing the area well and the fact that she most likely doesnt want to become lost.
"not yet" Shep says his voice slightly muffled due to his snout tracing the ground.
"should we head deeper in and come out to the road a mile up?" i ask not really wanting to fight with the bush so late in the afernoon.
"that may help" Shep agrees and we make our way deeper into the forest before heading towards the road once more. that is until Shep suddenly stops and i almost trip over him due to him walking infront of me.
"hey" i almost yell at him as i regain my balance
"ive got her" Shep simply says and starts heading farther into the forest.
after around an hour of walking we came upon a rather large house and Shep ran right up to the door and sat a the threshold. i cautiously made my way to the door before tentivally knocking on it to see if anyone was indeed home. after about 5 minutes i gave up and ploped myself down against the wall covering part of the house from prying eyes.
"No one is here the seint is a day old. seems like she met some people and is travelig with them now" Shep says as her joins me by the wall, laying next to me and letting out a big yawn.
"we will find her eventrally" i sigh as i stroke his head and that earns me a nuzzle. we both fall asleep and then awake just before the sun rises to continue our search for our beloved friend.
