Sean's POV
The train came to our stop and she's still asleep. I nudge her a bit and she opens her eyes and rubs them before laying her head back on my shoulder.
"Rasp, it's our stop. Wake up." I nudge her again.
An older couple watches me as I attempt to carefully wake Raspberry up. They smile and I blush uncontrollably.
Raspberry finally sits up. I stand with my hand in hers and pull her off the train before the older couple could speak. I wouldn't have minded but me and Rasp aren't a couple. At least I don't think so. I'm like 99.9% sure that we just went on a date. A low key date. I didn't want to except it but I still wanted it to be real.
We walked hand in hand back to my apartment. As we walked I felt myself get dizzy but I couldn't give out. Not out here. I must have tightened my grip on Raspberry's hand because she asked if I was okay.
"Fine. I just don't like walking this late at night." Safe. In your face Mark! I'm cool! I'm slick!
We get back to the apartment with Mark waiting up for us. He had his legs crossed and arms folded like an angry dad.
"You two are home late." He snarls.
"Is it that late?" I ask, checking the time. 11:30pm. "It really is. No wonder you wouldn't wake up." I say to Rasp. She blushes and looks down at our hand. Still holding them.
I slowly loosen my grip and let her hand slip out from mine. I let mine fall to my side.
Mark gave me a look. I gave him one back. He didn't say anything. Neither did I.
Rasp yawns and goes to tell us good night.
My nose.
Mark says night and Rasp looks at me for my good night.

"Sean?" I hear Rasp say.
I cover my newly bloody nose and....I face plant.
Mark's POV
"Call an ambulance!" I scream to Raspberry. She fumbles for her phone and dials the number. I lay Sean on his back. At first I try to wake him up but it didn't work. I grabbed a role of paper towels and try clean up his bloody nose but it won't stop bleeding.
"They're on their way." Raspberry says. "I'll go grab a warm towel." She runs to the bathroom.
"Come on Sean. Stay strong. He can't hurt you." I whisper.
I drive Raspberry to the hospital behind the ambulance. She had thrown an extra set of cloths and a toothbrush for Sean in a bag before we left. Now she was holding it tight to her chest.
The ambulance took Sean straight inside and nurses told us to wait in the waiting area. So we did.
I thought now would be a good time to get some information out of Raspberry. But she was starting to cry. I hand her the box of tissues that was on the coffee table in front of us. She nods a thank you and dries her face.
She eventually excused herself to the restroom to wash her face.
When they were gone I tried to get information out of Dark but he wasn't much help. I figured he was using my as much as I was using him so I cut him off as soon as that crossed my mind.
Raspberry came back and a few minutes later the doctor walked to us.
"He's going to be fine. For some reason his blood thickened and thinned rapidly which explains the nose bleed and him passing out. But what was strange is that he was on the verge of a heart attack. If it wasn't for you two being with him I don't think he would have survived." The doctor informs us and walks off with her clipboard.
"You want to go see him?" I ask Rasp.
She rubs the sleep out of her eyes and nods.We walk in and see Sean looking around the room like he had no idea where he was. When he saw us he lit up.
"Hey." He smiles.
"Feel better?" Rasp asks as she scurries into the room next the Sean.
"Yeah. Much." Sean smiles.
I notice him take Raspberry's hand. They are perfect for each other. I wish they'd just admit it.
"I brought you a bag of extra cloths and a toothbrush for you. Since it was so late I figured you'd have to stay over night. Guess I was right." Her smile fades a tad bit. Sean thanks her.
"Hey Rasp?" They both look over at me. "Why don't you grab us some drinks from the vending machine out front. It's going to be a long night." She gladly agrees and scurries back out the door.
"What happened?" Sean asked.
"Anti. That's what happened." I answer.
"Well I sure am glad you're smart." Sean sarcastically says back in a heavier Irish accent.
"Excuse me?" I say.
"Guess I've figured out the obstacle. Thanks a ton Mark! Dark will be so proud of me. Now all that's left to do is get rid of it." He giggles.
"Anti." I say.
"That's my name. Don't wear it out." He jokes.
"Leave him be!" I say sternly. Anti's posture shrinks and Sean passes out again.
Raspberry comes back in with a bottle of water, Dr. Pepper, and grape juice.
"He fell asleep?" She asks.
"Yeah. Must be the I.V. " I lie.
Anti is back. And if what he said was true then him and Dark are definitely planning something. I guess it's time to rain on their parade.
