Sean's POV

I've never been able to control my dreams.

So I know something's off.

Now I did say that when he's with me, I don't dream. But it's always something new with him.

I knew I was in a dream because of that weird feeling you get. Like everything is going in slow motion, like punching water.

I was taking a stroll through the woods at night. The trees seemed to be growing taller and taller, the dirt path I was on was getting harder to find, and the moon seemed to hover over me.

Now the dirt path disappeared and I was walking through thick woods. As I walked, they seemed like they would never end.

Normally in dreams you'd have a mission or an objective. But I didn't. I was just walking through the woods.

Finally, I saw an opening in the woods. It was like 'the light at the end of the tunnel'. I walked out and saw the greens and blues of a midnight field. The woods seemed to surround the rolling fields like a fence.

At the top of the highest hill, at the center of the field, was a little log cabin.

It reminded me of home.

Because it was.

As I got closer, it started to look a lot more like my old log cabin home. I walked up to the front of the cabin. It didn't look like anything was wrong with it but it gave off an old and creepy vibe.

How could it be creepy? It's home.

But to be honest I was a little hesitant on stepping on the porch. The wood planks looked like they were almost to the point of dry-rotting. I was super carful.

Of course my initial thought is to walk up to the front door and open it. Never did it cross my mind that it might be locked.

I was so determined that this was home, even though I didn't remember any of it.

The once silver, now gold looking, door knob and lock set looked tampered with. Like someone had tried to break into the cabin.

I gave the old door a tiny push and the door creaked. I froze. Did someone break into my house? Should I go in?

Why the heck not?!

I knew it was a dream, so nothing could hurt me. So I said 'screw it' and opened the door the rest of the way.

I peeked my head in.

Inside looked like it was just one room. There where no windows or other doors to other rooms. It was just a dark blue room.

I took a step in and the door shut behind me. I spun around and the door had vanished.

I slowly took a few steps away from the missing door. The whole room felt like it was going to lock me in. I started to panic.

I turned around to face the middle of the room. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath.

When I opened my eyes again, I saw an old chair. On the floor, surrounding the chair, where chains and shackles. It was like someone had just escaped them.

"Depressing, isn't it?" A deep and raspy voice said. I looked up from the chair to see Anti standing behind it, staring at the chair with a sad expression on his face.

My whole body stiffened.

"It's okay. No need to get scared." He said, still looking down at the chair.

"What do you want? Why am I here?" I ask, taking my posture back.

"All these questions but no answers. I don't even know. I'll be asleep soon enough." Anti's voice started to tremble.

I almost felt sorry for him.

"What is this place?" I asked him.

"My prison." He answered, never to look up from his gaze.

What little light that was in the room flickered. When it came back on, Anti was sitting in the chair. His head was down and the chains that where in the floor where wrapped around him.

I squat to his level.

He slowly lifted his head, showing me his black eyes. But there was no smile.

Anti always made a creepy smile but instead, he just stared at me.

"What's happening?" I asked slowly, trying to get an answer from him.

Anti sighed. "We are trapped."

We?

The next thing I new, I was being pulled by chains. I lost my ability to breath and I couldn't scream out for help.

The chains wrapped around me tightly and all I could see was Anti. It seemed like he was getting farther away from me.

I don't know why, but I reached out for him. Not for him to help me but so I could save him.

A rush of movement ran past me.

I woke up with a jolt.

My blankets were wrapped around me in a freaky manner. I was out of breath and sweating bullets.

I checked the time.

I had to pick Raspberry up from her dorm room in twenty minutes.
