Pauline

I stared at my ceiling. Everything was messed up, I was messed up...Ryder was messed up.

I didn't know what to do. Should I talk to him or just ignore him? We shared a moment before she came and I felt so attracted to him, he must've felt it too.

Although I shouldn't force him to choose, he's probably just overwhelmed. His old mate came back and he has a new one.

My doors cracked open and there she walked in. Pauline eyed me as I sat up.

"Excuse me, but this is my room." She told me.

"It was given to me." I corrected her.

"Because I was gone and now I'm back, its my room." She clarified.

"What am I supposed to do about that?!" I asked getting annoyed.

"To get out of my room." She snapped.

"And where to go?" I asked.

"I don't know, but the only thing I know this is my room!" She snapped like a snake.

Such a bitch, I thought.

"Look-" I was cut off by Ryder and Marcus entering the room.

"Looks like we're having a sleepover." I commented sarcastically.

"Ryder, can you tell her this is my room?" Pauline asked him, looking like an angel from above.

Damn that girl was good...

"Ambrosia, they made another room ready for you." He announced.

"Why would I move? Let her move into that room." I snapped at him, making him angry.

"AMBROSIA!" He snapped angry.

"Yes?" I asked sweetly.

He took a moment to breath, otherwise he would've kicked my butt.

"Get packed, I'm not going to play nice anymore." He snapped, Marcus laid his hand on his arm.

"Come on, Ambrosia. I promise I'll help you carry all your bags." Marcus promised me.

His pleading eyes set me to go to the closet. He handed me a big suitcase and I started filling it. My clothes weren't much and I was done in no time.

The last item was my jacket from when I got here, I completely forgot about it. I took it and noticed my cellphone with more than a hundred missed calls and a million texts.

"Ready?" Marcus asked, I pushed the phone away and nodded.

With my chin high I walked out of the room and followed Marcus to my new one, with everybody's eyes on me.

<~><~><~><~><~>

Marcus dropped the suitcase to the floor and my jaw went along. The room was so plain and boring compared to the old one.

The walls were a dull grey and so were the sheets, my window gave view on another building, the training room.

I sat down on the bed and winced, I was hard and cold. Marcus gave me an apologetic smile.

"Ryder just-" I cut him off.

"Thanks for helping me but can I be alone?" I asked, he nodded.

"Of course." He replied.

He left and I felt down on the hard bed, a tear falling down my cheek. I pushed it away, I wasn't going to waste tears on them. They weren't worth it.
