Chapter Twenty Seven

"How about.....Jaina?"

I look at Ginny with a skeptical gaze. Jaina Malfoy? No. I shake my head no and Ginny sighs. Ginny and I are in a living room at Malfoy Manor. We've been going over some baby names for at least an hour now. Harry and Draco are playing Quidditch in the backyard, future brothers-in-law bonding or whatever. Narcissa and Lucius have gone to France for a few days for a buisniess meeting or something like that. They've left Draco and I in charge of Malfoy Manor at least until they belong. Narcissa and Lucius should be back for New Years Eve. The Christmas Party was two days ago.

"Um........have you even told Draco any names that you like?" Ginny asks with a sigh.

"No, I haven't" I reply with a sigh.

Draco and I haven't talked much about baby names. He has mentioned that he wouldn't be against naming the baby after our parents. So if it is a girl they would be named Narcissa Lily Malfoy and if it was a boy he would be named Severus Lucius Malfoy. I'm not opposed to either but I would like at least one more option per gender.

"Then you should. So how about........Sophia?" Ginny asks.

"Sophia or Sophie isn't bad" I say with a shrug, jotting it down on my baby name list.

"So middle name for Sophia or Sophie" Ginny mumbles to herself.

"Sophia Margaret?" I say with a shrug.

Ginny looks at me and shrugs in return. I write it down but put a question mark down next to it.

"For a boy how about Jesse Anthony?" Ginny asks.

I shake my head no. I like the first name but not with the middle name.

Before either one of us could say anything, Draco and Harry walk into the room. They both are sweating and have smiles on their faces. Draco walks over to me and sits down next to me. Harry sits down next to Ginny.

"What are you two ladies talking about?" Draco asks.

"Potential baby names" Ginny says.

Draco looks at me with a confused look on his face.

"I thought we already agreed on names?" Draco asks, sounding confused.

"The names we're talking about are just in case we want to change the names. Or if we have more kids" I say with a shrug.

Draco simply nods.

"What is this talk about more kids?" Harry asks, arching a brow at the two of us.

"Don't worry about it Harry. We won't have too many kids" I say, smiling at him.

Harry's eyes widen. Draco, Ginny, and I all start laughing. Eventually Harry starts laughing as well.

"Anyways, who won the Quidditch game?" Ginny asks.

Draco raised his hand victoriously. Harry looked down in shame. Both Ginny and I laugh, earning a dirty look from my half-brother.

"Anyways, Gin we have to get going. Your Mum will kill me if your not back on time" Harry jokes, standing up.

"No she wouldn't but whatever" Ginny says but she stands up anyways.

Both Draco and I stand up so we can walk our guests out. We walk them to the fire place in the foyer. I hug my brother and my best friend before they return to the Burrow via Floo Powder.

I sigh and Draco looks at me with a confused look.

"So we should talk about baby names Draco" I say with a sigh.

Draco nods, sitting down at one of the benches in the foyer. I sit down next to him. He turns his whole body so he is looking directly at me instead of at the wall.

"I thought we had agreed on Narcissa Lily for a girl and Severus Lucius for a boy?" Draco asks with a shrug.

"If you like those names I'm perfectly fine with them" I say, smiling at him.

"I like them and I think our parents will too" Draco says with a smile.

He kisses me on the forehead, causing me to smile.

Would Lily like it if I were to name my baby after her? How am I supposed to know? She gave me up right after I was born, so did Dad. Now she's dead and I can't ever talk to her. At least Harry was able to see her for a year before her and James' death.

Would she even be proud of me as a person and what I've achieved?
