Chapter 12

"What do you mean you can't find the recording?!" I yelled. For once we got prove but everything was screwed up.

"I really don't know! I knew I recorded...." before he could finnish. My phone rang. It was Linda.

"Benedict's little girl.... Do you really think I am that stupid?!"

"What did you do."

"I knew Edmund was fake dating me. I mean, he had complaint about me for so many times and all the sudden, he just started flirting with me. Do you really think I will buy that??"

"I do not know what you're talking about." I said trying to keep calm.

"Oh please Scarlet, stop acting stupid just admit it..."

"Look I will admit but I will say I only did it because of all the emss you made! Do you think if you stop trying to do all this to me would I do all this to you?!" I yelled.

"Think again Scarlet, it's the opposite of what you just said?!"

"Really, I think someone needs to think more properly."

"Yes someone does. You need to think again cause I just recorded all these and of course, going to edit all these. See you in the corner of shame!" immediately she hung up. She knew our plan? But how? Only Cecil, Lilz and Edmund knew about this.

"Scarlet?" Cecil said. I finally woke up from thinking and told them about what happened. Of course, no one could help me.

That night, Lind and Linda came to our house for dinner. It started out great actually.

"So how are you Scarlet?" Lind asked.

"Good I guess." I didn't look up, just stared at my bowl of soup.

"Hey Ben, I've got something for you to hear!" Linda said as she took out her phone grinning.

"You've got something for me?"

"Well Linda what is it now?" Lind asked. Of course, she showed them the recordings. Dad's face immediately changed and Lind got so shocked and pissed she ran off to tthe garden. Dad chased her. After that, there were screaming and yelling and with Linda grinning at me.

"Say you win this time." Cecil said.

"Say it won't be the last time." Then she walked off to her mother's car.

I then walked to the glass door that leads to the garden, hid behind the curtains and listened to what they said.

"Your daughter accused my daughter for being rude to her! How do you think I feel?!"

"Look I have no idea about this! Maybe she is jealous I don't know! I'm only Sherlock Holmes on TV! Not in real life!" I was suprised that dad would think I was jealous. I was not. I don't mind if one day Linda had to call my dad as her dad but she really did a lot of things to me and I was sure there was more coming.

"Jealous? I can resist her jealous but I cannot resist her bullying my daughter!" Bullying> Girl get your facts right. Suddenly, Lind slapped dad.

"That's for not taking care of your child." and she walked away. Dad stood there for a while then came in being all mad.

"Are you crazy?!" dad said while slaping me across the face.

"You don't even trust me anymore! All you trust is Linda only because you are dating her mother!!" I should not had said that but it was too late, I got slapped again. Immediately, tears streamed down my face. I pulled Cecil with me and stomped out of the house.

"Scarlet don't." Cecil said.

"I don't care. We're going to Edmund's house."

Linda POV~

"So everything came out to be good!" mother said once we got into the car. This time, Scarlet would lose for sure.

"Yea. I'll just see how she stand back up this time, if she can." my phone rang, it was Lilz.

"So how was it?" she asked.

"Good really good Lilz. Thank God you tell me about it, or I will really fail."

"Yea you're welcome. By the way that bitch Scarlet just texted me saying that she will be staying in Edmund's house with Cecil and will probably skip school tomorrow."

"Okay I'll see what I can do. Thanks Lilz, I know its hard to spy like that."
