Get Better

The police come and take Jason away. We told him what he did and that he was wanted for rape. Hayes refuses to let go of me at all. Everyone has cleared out so it's time to go. I stand up and so do the boys. I feel a bit dizzy and get kind of wobbly.

"Sophia, you're bleeding!" Shawn says.

Shawn lays me down, lifting my shirt. I hear a few gasps.

"He did this to you, I'm so sorry, Sophia." Shawn says about to cry.

"Don't cry, I don't like it when you cry." I whisper to Shawn.

"We need to get her to the hospital." Shawn says picking me up.

"I have a van we can all go in." Danny suggests.

"Okay, Danny you drive, we need to go now she lost a lot of blood." Shawn says.

We all hurry to the van. I'm laying across Hayes, Cameron and Shawn. My head is on Hayes's lap. The rest of the boys are in the rows behind us and Dylan is riding shotgun. I start to feel lightheaded and my vision is getting kinda blurry. I shift my head a bit trying to shake away the feeling. My eyes feel heavy and I'm tired.

"Soph, Sophia! Keep you eyes open. Okay baby?" Hayes asks worriedly.

"Oka-" I start but suddenly everything is black.

(A few hours later)

I hear noises. Voices and beeping. I open my eyes slowly letting them get adjusted to the bright light. A warm hand is holding mine. I give it a small squeeze.

"Sophia, You're awake!" Hayes said cupping my face.

"How long was I out for?" I ask.

"A few hours. It's morning now and the boys will be back soon. They went to get breakfast." Hayes says.

I nod and Hayes goes to get the doctor. After a few minutes Hayes, the doctor, and the rest of the boys come in. The boys all run to my bed.

"Okay well I gave Sophia stitches and she's awake. I'll give you guys some painkillers for her and then she can leave." The doctor smiles and leaves to get the pills.

Hayes is playing with my hair and the boys all gave me hugs.

"I'm sorry about what happened. I didn't know he was the guy from New York. I'm so sorry, I-" Shawn rambles.

"I know you didn't know. It wasn't your fault. Don't be sorry." I say.

Shawn smiles and kisses my head. A nurse comes in with the pills.

"We are going to get the bus around to the front of the hospital. We'll meet you and Hayes there." Shawn says leaving with the boys.

I stand up and my stomach hurts a bit from the movement. Hayes has clothes for me to change into.

"Does it hurt, Soph?" Hayes asks.

I nod and he tucks a strand of hair behind my ear.

"I'm gonna help you get dressed then. I don't want you to be in pain." Hayes says.

He unties the back of my hospital gown. I set the gown on the bed. Hayes takes an over sized sweatshirt of his and helps me put it on. He slides a pair of black cotton shorts up my legs. He puts an arm around me helping guide me out of the hospital. We meet the boys on the bus. Hayes takes me to the back room.

"Just rest, we need you to heal. Get better baby girl." Hayes says kissing me.

He makes my lay down and he rests my head on his lap. Teagan came running into the room and jumps up on the couch. She curls up into my chest. I smile at her. Things will get better know. I know they will.

Sorry for updating late, school is started and it is crazy. High school is a big change so I will try to update normal but I will have to get into the hang of my new routine. So wish me luck!
