I barely slept but I was up before everyone else. I decided to text Dylan to help me.

-------Texting Dylan-------

S: Hey, did the boys talk to you yesterday, or text or call.

D: No I was busy cleaning up after the show.
S: So if the boys ask you, tell them I was with you after the show, okay?
D: Okay, why?
S: I'll tell you why in person.
D: K I'll talk to you later then?

S: Yeah, thank you so much, bye

D: bye Soph

I set my phone down next to my pillow. I lay down and look at the ceiling. My curtain then swings open and someone lifts me out of my bunk. It was Hayes, and he doesn't say a word to me. He leads me into the back room and seats me in between him and Shawn. The rest of the boys are up now and in here with us.

"So what did you do last night that you didn't call or text any of us and didn't come home until around 3 in the morning?" Shawn asks crossing his arms.

I better be a good actress because normally they can tell when I lie.

"I was with Dylan and I accidentally fell asleep. When I woke up I came straight here, even though it was 3 in the morning. And I guess I fell asleep before the meet and greet ended so I didn't hear my phone go off." I say smoothly.

"Where were you with Dylan?" Shawn asks.

"We found another dressing room on the opposite side of the stage. He was allowed to that side since he was part of the crew." I say.

Shawn still didn't quite believe me. He kept giving me a weird look.

"You can call him, if you want. I swear I was with him." I say.

Shawn nods and pulls out his phone. He calls Dylan's number and puts him on speaker. The boys are listening closely. Dylan picks up on the second ring.

"Hey, Shawn, what's up?" Dylan asks over the phone.

"Was Sophia with you last night?" Shawn asks.

"Yeah she was. Why?" Dylan asks.

"She didn't come home till late, so I wanted to make sure I know where she was." Shawn says.

"Yeah sorry, we didn't mean for it to be so long, and yes she was with me last night." Dylan says sounding confident.

Oh thank god Dylan is a good liar.

"Oh okay, thanks, see you later." Shawn says.

"No problem, see you later." Dylan says then hangs up.

Shawn puts his phone back in his pocket.

"Okay, sorry I got really mad last night. But don't let it happen again." Shawn warns walking out to the front of the bus and the boys follow with him.

I let out a breath of relief. Fortunately, he forgot about me wearing the sweatshirt. I can't let him or the boys see the bruises and cuts that guy left me with. I breathe in and out and let a single tear slip out. Just one because I'm saving the others for when I really need them. I need to pull myself together. I can't let myself breakdown. I just can't.
