Secret Surprise

I wake up the next morning to Teagan licking my face. I scrunch up my face and sit up. I hear chuckling so I turn my head. I see Hayes there, laughing at me.

"We got a surprise for you." Hayes says.

"What is it?" I ask.

"Well I can't say, it's a secret." Hayes says smiling.

I groan and Teagan sneaks under my arm, and I cuddle her to my chest....At 8 o'clock the boys come sprinting into the bus. Shawn is carrying a bag. Hayes looks at me super happy.

"That's the surprise." He tells me.

I'm still confused, but Shawn runs into the kitchen and brings back a glass of water and a spoon. He opens the bag and pulls out the pills the doctor gave me. My eyes widen.

"We went back to the doctor and he gave us a free replacement. So here you go." Shawn says handing my my pills.

I swallow them with my water super fast.

"And we got you something to hopefully make up for us having to leave you yesterday." Shawn adds.

"Shawn it was okay. You didn't have to-" I started.

"We got you ice cream!" Matt yells placing and small container of strawberry ice cream in front of me.

I giggle and shake my head at them.

"I haven't even had breakfast yet." I say.

"So? Ice cream for breakfast...again." Cameron says

I roll my eyes and the boys go off to do their own things. I just sit there and eat my ice cream. Hayes comes in a few minutes later and plops himself next to me. He slides an arm around my waist and pulls me closer to him. I am almost sitting on his lap, my legs are across his and he stares at me for a second. I feel butterflies in my stomach.

"I got another surprise for you." He says.

"But you have to wait and see." He adds quickly.

I roll my eyes at him and Cameron comes in. He sits down in the spot I was in before Hayes practically pulled me onto his lap.

"We are going to a carnival tonight." Cameron tell me.

"Okay cool" I respond.

"So can I know the surprise now?" I ask Hayes trying to push it out of him.

"Nope, but you will figure it out at the carnival." Hayes says.

"Cameron's going to get you ready, and I'm going to get ready myself." Hayes says picking me up and spinning me around.

He then places me back on my spot on the couch and walks to the bunks.

"Do you know what the surprise is?" I ask Cameron.

"Yeah, I'm helping him set it up." Cameron tells me.

"Before you try to get it out of me, I'm going to get you ready." He says.

He leaves but then comes back with my suitcase. He quickly does my hair and makeup. He gives me clothes and I quickly change in the bathroom.(The look above) The outfit is comfy and fits the weather here, since it's a bit cooler than Miami or Dallas. Cameron did a nice job with the makeup and hair. He must have learned to do the hair from his sister. I step out of the bathroom and Cameron is changed and ready to go. I grab my phone and whisper goodbye to Teagan, who is sleeping. Cameron and I step out of the bus and all the boys are there ready to go. We are going to walk because the carnival is only a few blocks away. I look over at Hayes and he looks really nervous for some reason. But I push that thought away as we head to the carnival.
