Company

The boys are finished getting reading for the show. They are grabbing their phones and final things they want to bring with them. They come and say bye to me real quick. And Shawn gives me a peck on my head.

"Okay Sophia we'll be back by 10 pm. Rest and try to make yourself be comfortable! We will check you when we come back. Bye!" Shawn yells walking out the door.

"Okay bye!" I yell back.

I rest my head on the pillow and Teagan is curled up next to my stomach. I close my eyes but I can't sleep. I've been sleeping so much, that I'm not tired.

A few minutes have passed and I hear a knock on the door. I carefully get up and leave curious Teagan on the couch. I open the door and I feel the cold, crisp air on my skin. Standing outside the door was Dylan. He had a bag and a big happy smile. I give and week smile and move to the side and motion for him to come inside. He makes his way inside the van and Teagan's head perks up. He sits next to Teagan and pets her. I go back to the spot I was in and re-wrap myself in the blanket.

"I heard you were sick so I thought I would keep you company." Dylan says.

"Thanks" I mumble.

"I get the day off from clean up duty today so I can stay longer. Plus I missed my BFFFL." He adds.

He reaches into his bag and pulls out his laptop and some Italian ice.(Like the ones you get from the store in the plastic containers with the peel off paper lids) He unwraps a blue one for me and gives me it with a plastics spoon. I slowly eat it being cautious because I don't want to throw up. Dylan opens his laptop and pulls up YouTube.

"Okay let's get you to laugh a little." He says.

He pulls up a few youtubers like Shawn Dawson, Liza Koshy, and some others. He lets me pick any of the videos I want. I reach to click on the first video. I am relieved when I see I am wearing Hayes's sweatshirt. I am still not ready to tell Dylan everything...yet. We are watching a lot of funny YouTube videos. We are watching a David Dobrik vlog. His girlfriend, Liza is pretending to be a foreign lady, and making silly puns in Target. I laugh my head off. I know they are cheesy puns but the way she does them makes it really funny. We watch some other videos, and other youtubers. We laugh so much that I'm almost crying. Dylan and I are laughing and giggling when the door flies open. The boys come piling in.

"Hey" I say to them.

"Hey Soph are you feeling better?" Shawn asks.

"I guess" I say.

"Dylan kept me distracted the whole time, laughing, so I didn't really think about it." I tell Shawn.

He nods and Dylan quickly packs up.

"Well I should get going. Bye Soph, Bye guys!" Dylan says standing up and starting to leave.

The boys mumble bye.

"Hey thanks for keeping her company man!" Shawn yells after him.

"No problem" Dylan smiles and shuts the door.

Shawn comes around and pulls up my sleeves. He sees I'm clean and slides my sleeves down.

"So he was with you pretty much the whole time?" Nash asks.

"Yep" I say.

"We heard you laughing. I'm happy he distracted you for a bit." Shawn says smiling and then he kisses my right cheek and goes to get ready for bed.

 The rest of the boys follow him. I yawn, not realizing how tired I could get from laughing. I lay down and Teagan snuggles into me. I close my eyes and drift off to sleep.
