Camryn's pov

"Jack!" I yelled as I chased him around my living room. "Give me my phone back!"

"No! You're not paying attention to me!" he held my phone up in the air so I couldn't reach it.

I tried to jump to get it, but he held it up even higher. I gave up and folded my arms. I pouted and gave him puppy dog eyes.

"No. Let's do something," he said.

"Okay. What do you want to do?" I asked.

"Go to the food court at the mall," he smiled.

"We should go see a movie, and then we can go to the food court," I suggested.

"I'm down. Let's go," he grabbed the car keys.

"Give me my phone first," I said.

He rolled his eyes, playfully and handed me my phone. I smiled and walked out the door first. He shut the door behind us. We got in the car and turned the radio on. Just my luck, Despacito came on. Jack started yelling the lyrics with the windows rolled down. I buried my face in my hands. He was just trying to embarrass me... and it was working.

"Stop! You sound like a dying horse!" I screeched.

"Never!" he yelled back.

Once we got to the movies, we decided on seeing Spider-man: Homecoming. I was a hug Tom Holland fan, so I was super excited. After the movie, we immediately went to the food court. We decided on pizza, so we got a large pizza to share. I ate most of it, obviously.

"Dang, Camry. Save some for me!" Jack laughed.

"I gotta eat," I shrugged.

"So do I, but I'm not eating your half of the pizza," he sassed.

We finished eating and walked around the mall for a little while, just talking. We walked back to the food court, and I noticed a girl staring at us. Her jaw dropped and she covered her mouth. I looked up at Jack and stopped walking.

"I think you have a little fan over there," I smiled and nodded towards the girl.

He looked over and waved. She got out of her seat and ran towards him. He hugged her.

"Oh my gosh! I love you so much!" she said, putting her hands over her heart.

"I love you more," he smiled.

"Can we get a picture?" she asked.

"Of course," he replied.

She took out her phone and took a selfie with him.

"Is she your girlfriend?" I heard her whisper.

"No, she's my best friend," he looked at me.

"Well, I ship it," she told him.

He laughed.

"Can I get a picture with both of you?" she asked me.

"Yeah," I smiled.

We all took and picture, and then she went back to her seat. We walked outside and back to the car. We got to the house and sat down on the couch. He suggested that we watched a movie, so he let me pick. Since I couldn't decide, we agreed on watching Riverdale.

"Wait," I said and paused the show. "Give me five minutes."

I went to the kitchen and put a bag of popcorn in the microwave to be popped. I clicked start and then ran to my room. I threw on black Nike athletic shorts and a faded navy blue t-shirt. When I got back, the microwave timer went off. I poured the popcorn in a bowl and popped another bag. I took the bowl into the living room and set it down. Then I quickly ran back and grabbed two sodas. I handed them to Jack.

"Are you done?" he laughed.

"Hold on," I said and went to my room.

I grabbed the blanket off of my bed and a few pillows. I walked back to the living room and threw it all down on the couch. Once we got comfy, I pressed play.

"Now I'm done," I laughed and tossed a piece of popcorn in my mouth.

"You're so different," he shook his head.

We watched about 7 episodes and had a stretch break. I popped another bag of popcorn and got more soda.

"This is my favorite tradition," Jack said.

"It's not necessarily a tradition," I shrugged as we sat down on the couch.

"We do this every Friday," he pointed out.

"It's a weekly thing," I implied. "I don't know. If it's weekly is it considered a tradition?"

"Maybe," he shrugged.

I grabbed the remote and pressed play. Jack and I moved closer together. I turned sideways a little bit a stretched my legs over his lap. He placed a hand on my knee, and we smiled at each other. I returned back to the show and pulled the blanket over us.

"This show can be really intense sometimes," Jack said out of nowhere.

Finally, the show ended, and we sat on the couch half asleep. It was almost 11:00 at night. We were all cuddled up on the couch, and I was pretty tired. He rubbed my thigh while I fiddled with his free hand.

"Jack," I whispered.

"Yeah?" he asked.

"Why haven't you introduced me to your friends yet?" I questioned.

He stopped rubbing my thigh and didn't say anything. I sat up some and looked at him. He cleared his throat.

"I should get back to the guys, actually," he said getting up. "I'll call you tomorrow."

I scooted to the edge of the couch and looked up at him. He grabbed his phone off the table and started walking towards the door.

"Oh, okay," I said, but I doubt he heard me.

The door shut, and I cleaned up the mess we had made. I went back to my room with the blankets and pillows. I laid in my bed and scrolled through my social media. There was never anything interesting. My phone was about to die, so I put it on charge and turned it off. I grabbed the remote and turned the tv on. Again, there wasn't anything interesting on tv either. I grabbed the blanket Jack and I had earlier and threw it over myself. It smelled like Jack. I ended up drifting off to sleep.
