Camry's pov
~morning~

Jack rolled onto his back and rubbed his eyes. He looked up at me.

"You're still awake?" he gave me a confused look.

"I couldn't sleep," I shrugged.

"Are you okay?" he furrowed his eyebrows.

I nodded as he sat up and turned towards me.

"What time is it?" he yawned.

I grabbed my phone off the end table and turned it on. It read 5:34.

"Five thirty-four," I said.

"Why couldn't you sleep?" he asked.

"Probably because we didn't do anything yesterday," I sighed and threw the covers off of me.

I pulled my knees up to my chest.

"What do you want to do today?" he asked.

"I don't know. Your friends always are doing something," I said.

"We could go swimming. We have a pool in the back," he suggested.

"Sounds fun," I nodded.

"What do you want to do until then?" he questioned.

"Can we drive to McDonalds or something? I don't feel like making breakfast," I explained.

He nodded. We didn't bother changing clothes. I went to the bathroom and put on some mascara. I didn't bother putting on anything else. I walked out and slipped on some flip flops. Jack was in the living room holding my keys. We hopped in the car. It was still dark outside. Once we got to McDonalds, I really hoped fans wouldn't be there. We went inside, and I ordered my food. We sat down towards the back so no one would see us.

"I'm so tired," I yawned.

"Well, you didn't sleep," he pouted.

"I know. It's just... I was thinking," I sighed.

"About what?" he asked.

"Nothing in particular," I lied.

"Forty-seven?" a worker yelled.

Jack ran up and grabbed the bags of food. We are in silence. Once I finished, I threw my stuff away and sat back down. Jack was finishing up eating when two girls walked in. They didn't look much older than 16. Jack turned to see what I was looking at right as the girls looked this way. The one with brown hair gasped and turned to her friend.

"Great," I sighed.

The girls went up and ordered, but then they came towards us.

"Hi," the one with blonde hair smiled. "We are huge fans, Jack."

"Thank you," he smiled at them.

"Can we get a picture?" the brunette asked.

"Of course," Jack said.

The brunette handed her friend her phone, and she took a picture with Jack. Then they switched.

"Are you his girlfriend?" the brunette turned towards me.

"Oh, no," I laughed. "I'm his best friend."

"That's too bad," she frowned. "You two would be cute together. You're really pretty, by the way."

"Thanks," I smiled. "You two are way prettier, though."

"Wow, that's such a lie," the blonde giggled.
